Damn shame we lost Josh so young....anyway only God can sue him now.
If Byuu can pull it off so can anyone.

@Null you mentioned in your stream you'd run the article by Skordas and Hardin, what'd they think about it?
I'm honestly surprised Skordas has been as sympathetic to your case as he has been, considering his democratic leanings and the fact one of his filings said "Much of Kiwi Farms online content is distasteful, to say the least..."

The first article was written months ago and published to MATI but I republished it after writing this one so that this would make more sense to an unfamiliar audience.

Cope, seethe, dilate.
Exactly, you had to bring out some half-baked pre-written shit after Ralph called you out for not writing a new article within a week.

What kind of a cunt sues a dude six times and still spends literal hours on his website arguing about the grammatical variations of the word goyim? She's next level crazy.
Sorry, Josh. Wish we were more useful than we are to you in this situation. I'm down to buy that album though, if it comes to that.

I remember on stream you went on a rant about welfare and how the country would be infinitely better without it because all the useless people in society would be weeded out. My Christian values keep me from agreeing with that policy, but people like Melinda seriously make me reconsider. I suppose it's just another reason to feel disenfranchised with America. Along with all of the corruption and greed, the courts are built to only benefit the extremely poor, mentally deranged, and very rich. Or, rather, keep the middle class in place like N-word cattle.

Judges should be allowed to toss frivolous suits more easily, with no input being needed from the defendants. Fucking over people by burying them in shitty lawsuits should be impossible.

The fact that the current system forces anyone who has a job but isn’t stinking rich to pay prohibitively expensive legal fees while allowing bottom feeders to use and abuse it at will is absurd.

Are those retards why the words retard and retarded are sometimes censored to "exceptional individual" and "exceptional?" They seem like the types to be so insecure about their intelligence that they take it to court when someone calls them a retard.

Edit: You know what I meant. Down Syndrome or similar developmental disabilities.

Welfare is a nice sounding idea, but long term it destroys a society by allowing lazy low iq trash to perpetuate itself and to do so in large numbers. There are millions of people today who should never have been born, they are simply worthless and will never be able to make themselves worth anything.

Even communists didn’t keep the lowest strata of their society alive the way we do.

Pretty good write up. I'm not too familiar with zerohedge but are they sympathetic towards the plight of humble webmasters? The last two seem to hit close with zh with how they've apparently been banned off sites in the past and rely on crypto payments to keep it running. Either way good job on another published article.
Yeah, they're based

Horrifying read. The obvious soulition would be to dispense with the "pro se in forma pauperis." The intention of it is simple enough to understand, i.e. to allow even the most impoverished of citizens to have legal recourse, but as you clearly demonstrate, the downsides of this privilege are vast and ridiculously ammoral.

If you value legal defence, you will simply have to work for it and pay for it yourself. The rationing function of price is very powerful, very efficient, and dare I say, very moral. Instead, not only are rats like Scott and Greer a burden to the defendants, like you, but most certainly to the taxpayers and society at large. If you can't pay, you'll simply have to set up a long term plan to be able to do so eventually. Surely others in your predicament can gather in a community and help each other?

As with any welfare society, it is as you say, "our country rewards only its biggest burdens." Thinking that a place like KiwiFarms would go under because of people like Scott and Greer is so ludicrous that it's almost comical. I really admire you for living in accordance with your ironclad sense of principles, despite how much pain it causes you.
