Garnish melindas dipshit husband and have him work off their debt, and have him curse Greer in the name of YahooWah or whatever dumbass deity they worship.

Then take the rights of all of Greer's works, and myself and the fellow Russtorians will help you package it into one big biography complete with all his writings, recordings, thirstposts, and lawsuits. You get the cash, Russ gets famous like he's always wanted. Everyone wins.

The communists made the lowest stata work, or they would starve. No work, no bread. They didn't have the most sympathy for these burdens on the international proletariat. Yet it's funny that most people in favour of socialism/communism are the unemployed and on welfare, not the working class.

You can do that and I believe it would work because it's on the sue-er to find and serve the person they are suing. However, for Null to do that he would have to abandon this site and any businesses he has in the states and just disappear.

And in Scott's case, she simply lied about having properly served Null and got a default judgement out of it.

Most people suing the Farms pro se are not going to be above that kind of thing, especially after seeing that it worked once.

I still hold the opinion that if he hasn't already, Null needs to contact William J.J. Hoge and Aaron Worthing, and ask them how they handled the lolsuits filed by Brett 'Speedway Bomber' Kimberlin and Bill 'I don't have brain damage, really!' Schmalfeldt. Very similar situation with retards lobbing pro-se and in forma pauperis lawsuits.

As to the solution... I'm not sure. 'Loser pays' might be a good start, though people will argue 'but that lets deep pockets just bury lawsuits'. Yeah, but that's happening now. Judges are not doing their due diligence in looking at these lawsuits and going 'What the fuck is this shit?'. And the problem's been going on for a long time -- I recall John Stossel complaining about it 20+ years ago. You don't even need to be a lawyer; you just need to know enough of how the legal system works and you can fucking terrorize people.

It seems like at the very least this could be done with the clearly meritless cases Null is dealing with.

Surely a frivolous suit is frivolous even if it's filed pro se.

One question I have. If you’re considering taking Yo Yovanna, why not take his other works in the process? I think there’s a book he wrote called “Why I plan to let your daughter sleep with men for 500 bucks” but it’s no longer in print. I’d buy that if it meant not paying shit lips.
