Regarding the "he wants her healthy" topic: During the last live at his place, he said something along the lines "You asked me what you can do to lose weight...?" (and then some more stuff) SHE is the one who is talking about losing weight when she's with him, because she is so majorly insecure that she's trying to sell him that she wants to lose weight and be super pretty for him in the future. He doesn't care whatsoever, he dreams of money. And one more thing: Egyptian women are the fattest women in the Middle East, but I don't think that's even a factor here, all he wants is to grab the bag.
