Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

That’s arguably the best part - we already have an example of what’ll happen if the Farms ever get taken down from the whole Janke debacle. The site went down conveniently after her Dox (RIP Max the Doxhound), and all it did was unleash a bunch of pissed off autists onto regular Social Media, and proved that the Streisand Effect lives.

For as much as Mel rages at us, she needs the site to stay up - it acts as a quarantine for her just as much as it amuses us. If she, somefuckinghow, managed to pull down the Farms, we’d probably have her and all her lolsuits trending within an hour.
Unlike Janke, Mel actually doesn't have much to lose from the Farms going down and her stories reaching a "wider audience" on other social media platforms. It's not like she has job prospects/social standing to jeopardize or friends/family to alienate.

It’s more that she actually thinks she can make this go away, when taking us down would just result in her shit getting spread everywhere.

That's not a deterrent for her. She has no friends, meaning only enemies give her the attention she craves.
That's not what I meant. If she brought down the site, and Null made it known she was responsible, an army of autists with a grudge would work to make her suffer; calls to CPS would only be the beginning. Null beating her would be the best case situation for her, even if she doesn't realize it.

So I'm wiling away the hours reading Smelly's nonsense and found this little gem.

In the Buchanan County Rent Catastrophe, she says that she was late for her own court date due to circumstances beyond her control. But what were those circumstances?

Well, in her federal complaint, she states:

On the day of the hearing I was late to the Buchanan County courthouse for reasons beyond my control. I had to file for a Protective Order in another county the same morning.

(emphasis added).

So, no matter her tale of rain and mountain roads and a brood of bastards, she chose to file for a protective order on the same day she was scheduled to argue her baseless lawsuit against her former landlord. This was entirely within her control. She fucked it up. Not the judge, not the landlord, not Dear Leader, not Andrew.

She fucking did it to herself.

@super thug Your post inspired me...

It's always her own fault. It's the ultimate lolcow trait. They always cause their own grief. Always.

Everything about that landlord lawsuit and Mel's follow up is the perfect encapsulation of her complete and total disrespect for the Courts and other citizens. "Why didn't the Court Wait for ME!" "They violated MY RIGHTS by calling my case, in which I was the moving party first!" "How Dare They!"

She wrote 2 books on how to survive in the wilderness or have fun or something.
@Cup Noodle bought one of those books (one about outdoor activities) and promised us a review at some point. That's also the only book Melinda promotes in her videos. There were at least two editions with different publishers I believe but it's still the same book.

Sounds like @Cup Noodle is letting us down here

No see, according to Smelly, bears will only maul people who make fun of angry bald men. And Mel.
Everyone knows bears don't attack fake jewish rednecks who misinterpret the Torah to support their frivolous and sinful nature

@TamarYaelBatYah I don't really follow this thread so I am just curious about your religious beliefs. Do you view Jesus Christ as part of the trinity (father, son, holy ghost)? Do you believe he died on the cross for the sins of mankind or do you simply think that maybe he was just a well-meaning individual and that was it. Do you accept both the Old Testament and New Testament as "scripture" or just the Old Testament?
