Well, change the word child to woman (or man let's not be sexist) what should she do? In the case of the bad lay of an adult (be they male or female) then I would say she should say something about it to a parent or another trusted adult. If a child has noone they can trust then they have much bigger problems than having sex that they are bored by or disgusted by or whatever reason they don't enjoy it even though it doesn't hurt. Actually? I don't think that there should be one. But if a law must exist? I think 7 for boys and 9 for girls feels right or 14 for gay boys so a dick will fit and 6 for lesbians as long as no toys are used for toys it should also be 9 like with straight people. I only say that because what I actually want is impractical and impossible. There should be no age of consent but rather a license to fuck that without it you can't legally fuck anyone. And anyone can apply for one regardless of age. If you have the level of maturity to pass the test. It would be a combination EQ and IQ test testing maturity level. And if a child passes it and has a license but an adult doesn't and they fuck then the child would go to jail or at least probation. But any two people who pass the test and have a license are legally allowed to fuck each other. I know nobody wants that but I think it would solve a lot of problems. And prevent dumb immature people from breeding and polluting the genre pool.

Late response, but how do you think such regulation will be enforced, considering sex is, you know, a private thing as opposed to public?
