Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

Sounds like @Cup Noodle is letting us down here
Agreed. My life is in flux right now. I am in possession of two hither to undisclosed lolcow books. The simple review is don't bother wasting your money. Even if I don't end up giving my review, I will post the text eventually. If anyone else wants to have at if first, I encourage you.

I would buy her book to laugh at it but I would rather save up my money and buy her pew pews from Josh after he collects

You know her whole involvement with this site was Josh politely reaching out to her to try to help her right? Do you just want to be named as a codefendant with Josh?
If there was interest in a Jewish - Christian discussion forum on Onionfarms to explore the histories and intersections of both religions, why would there be any need to be named as a codefendant?

Oh thank God! You're alive! We were afraid that after attempting to read one of Mel's books you might have an Hero'd yourself. Possibly in a way involving a belt sander to the brain to make you forget.

Notably, Messianics generally accept Paul as a legitimate dude, and her dislike of him is too big of a schism for her to overcome for all but the most weird niche culty people.
To be honest, she's not the first to be skeptical of Paul. If you want to dive into schizo conspiracy theories you can even find claims that the light that blinded Paul was actually Satan masquerading as an angel.

@Kenneth Erwin Engelhardt I think you messed up quotes. Never said what your post claims I said.

I think I might have already bitched at you for this before, but get an avatar you capital D dick. October is over by like a week so I need to change mine also. I'm going to work on that.

I tried that once. I downed a bottle of otc sleeping pills. I didn't know any better at the time. That was one hell of a trip. I could have just shot myself but I didn't want to bother anyone with the mess. I was a failure at being a failure so I ended up having some kids. They keep me centered now.

Melinda took the time during the Sabbath to make four extensive Kiwifarms postings.

@TamarYaelBatYah Reading Chumash without the commentary and free-associating isn't a particular interest of mine, but death in Bereshit doesn't end the familial obligations between the woman and the in-laws, so saying that Tamar had no relationship to Judah because she was a widow (he was a widower btw, widow is a gendered word in English) is not correct. The on-going obligations survive the marriage and are the subject of the entire procedure described in Devarim 25:5-7.

In fact, if you read the section in Bereshit 38, we see that after the death of Onan, Judah is described not as a widower (אלמן) but rather as her "your father-in-law" (חמיך) as in the verse Bereshit 38:13, חנה חמיך עלה, "Behold, your father-in-law ascends."

I figured the Wogglebug crawled out of his TV and killed him for making fun of Cynthia

Interesting that the Swedenborgians are fans of the extra-canonical (and mostly lost) Book of Yasher/Jasher. She quoted some stories from it a while ago. Perhaps whatever Mountain Jew cult she got wrapped up in back in 2004/2005 has Swedenborgian influences.

Yes. I am aware of messed up quote. Islam does not accept Paul either. Jesus and Mary are two of the greatest prophets in Islam. But Paul, no. He is seen as a false prophet.

I love that there is an actual jewish person here who actively points out all of Melinda's failures in being a jew with every cultural norm. She literally has no way to argue against this except to point out she isn't actually jewish

Way back in my first Paramedic Course we had to calculate the LD50 of Valium. IE How much Valium (Diazepam) would you need to swallow to guarantee a 50% chance of An Hero'ing yourself. It worked out to somewhere in the range of 45 pounds of pills. So long as you weren't mixing it with booze all you would do would be to give yourself a terrible headache.

She hasn't shown any signs of being influenced by Western hermeticism, so I would not expect Rosicrucianism to be one of her influences.

I tried to have some discussions about her religion a couple months ago, but they quickly got derailed. I find American micro-cults fascinating.
Didn't she get kicked out of her cult?

Isn't that like 2000mg? or something? It's like 1000x more than the recommended dosage I thought.

Oh never mind, that's not even toxic to adults, is that toxic to children than?
