Okay, fattie.

God must have been rolling the dice because those random bullets only hit people who are on camera physically attacking Kyle.

EDIT:
One thing I can allow Fatfamous is that there is indeed a reckless endangerment charge, where the state alleges Kyle put Richard McGinniss (Daily Caller guy and witness for the prosecution) in danger because he shot Rosenbaum, who I will remind you is a convicted pedophile who anally raped several little boys.

This is the witness the prosecution alleges Kyle put in fear of his life. I don't know why the prosecution didn't make this guy a hostile witness.

"He said 'fuck you' and then he reached for the weapon."

Dr. Emmett Plant apparently tried to serve or send Alec Peters (of Star Trek Axanar) some sort of legal papers in July via certified mail. The letter's tracking history indicates it was sent to an old address. After being forward to the new one, the letter was refused and returned to the sender. Emmett got it back the other day and posted a picture of it on his Facebook and called Alec a coward.

According to Emmett, he never went to college and dropped out of high school. He says he only graduated on a technicality (GED), which is also how he came upon his title. I'm going to guess the certified sex pest is a doctor of love.
