I think it's the same mistake I made. Whenever he adds something to the list, it shows that date as the date of last purchase. No idea why he "needs" 2, though. I would assume a mistake on his part.

thats weird that it labels the date he added it on as "last purchased on". either way looks like it actually sold out or it's that thing Amazon does where they make it so people cant buy an item they're currently working on shipping out. either way hope he doesn't get this thing.

I was watching old videos of Phil complaining about controllers and one of his complaints is that wireless controllers drop inputs, stupid sony detractors only sell wireless controllers! How is he supposed to play now?*sigh*

"But Phil you can just buy a super long microUSB cable and connect it to your PS5 and play it wired" Uhhhh, WRONG! *leans in*

It's little manipulative things like this that remind me what a pathetic e-begging asshole Phil is.
On his stream he is constantly crying to everyone about how if you don't give him $10 right now he won't have bred to eat tomorrow.
Then he gets on Twitter and says that at the drop of a hat there are no less than 10 people chomping at the bit to buy him a new PS5 controller, and if you are lucky and act quick enough you could be the one who gets that privilege.

Funny how quickly and effortlessly he fell into being an e-thot once his YouTube dripfeed dried-up. He's always been a natural when it comes to being a shameless whore.

I found this clip of him saying he used Playstation credits to buy the Ghost of Tsushima expansion, which he started on August 20th
Yeah, I'm pretty sure of it now. His spending is such that he can't afford his actual business expenses any more. This isn't just him trying to free up more money by sacrificing his streaming expenses, out of sheer contempt for what he does for a living. He has no choice, he has to cut something, and of course he picks the worst option. The tards may be willing to pick up the slack and buy games so he can have new shit to play, but because Phil's spending is going to get worse, eventually that won't be enough either. He'll need them to do that AND provide enough tips/superchats/etc. for him to cover his actual bills, reliably, every month.

It's inevitable, the only question is how long it's going to take before he misses enough mortgage payments to get kicked out. I doubt it will happen this year, but next? That's a possibility, if his climb in spending continues at the rate we've seen it thus far. I for one would not have believed it was $8k a month at this point if it hadn't been proven. $5-6k? Sure, there's precedent for that. But $8k? That shocks even me. If he goes up to $9-10k a month any time soon, his eviction will follow within a year. I'm not giving him the benefit of the doubt that self-preservation will overwhelm his addiction, I assume it's more important to him than anything until he proves otherwise by demonstrably cutting back.

It's possible he's finally going through the part of gambling where you realize "oh I could have spent that X amount of dollars on X instead of blowing it" so he's desperatly trying to make that money back. Based on his income/spending it's a joke he can't spend the money on the new GTA

Even if Phil stops paying his mortgage today and mails a cardboard penis to his mortgage company with "NOT PAYING" written on it, it'll take years before he's foreclosed and evicted, especially if Phil keeps rope-a-doping them with the occasional payment. Look how long it took for the CT Khando to be foreclosed on, and that wasn't even occupied. For a primary residence it'd take even longer.

Perhaps, but remember that for Phil, the slightest upset is enough to rock his world like a literal hurricane. We've seen how he gets when he needs to pretend that he might not be able to pay his mortgage next month, now imagine him when he has actually been behind for months and is getting hounded by the bank. He really doesn't need to be forcibly removed from the premises, you give him something to legit fear, and he'll run away from it, every time. Dude went all the way across the country to get away from the people he pissed off in Connecticut, leaving his first big boy place behind without looking back. I'm not convinced he'll never do it again, not unless he somehow manages to stay far enough ahead of his real bills for the rest of his life.

That's a possibility, but I don't see how he can do that without selling the condo, since the only people who would possibly give him a loan are the ones who will break your legs if you don't pay up. Any sane person will deny him rent, and he is never be able to get another mortgage ever.

As far as the move, I thought it was greed, becuase Washington had no personal income tax and he thought he could move there to save money, but forgot to look at business tax. Perhaps it was both reasons...

His move was over taxes. The rush was more likely to do with the timing of his first Machinima paycut. He was supposed to look at other states before buying a "house" but bought the last condo he looked at in Washington.

Phil isn't one to consider the consequences when he decides to flee, and whatever he runs from always scares him more than whatever he's running towards. He once said his move to Washington was a huge financial mistake, which is incorrect, and shows where his priorities are. He regrets the money spent, not the act itself, since it was out of self-preservation.

I don't believe for one second that Phil had any reason beyond cowardice. I can buy that he took all of five minutes to choose a state, but not that it being so far away was an accident. His first condo in Connecticut is, IIRC, about 15 minutes drive time from the house he grew up in, and in those days, he only had a bad rep in the FGC knew of him. Not something he had to deal with much, but after Project 7, that surely changed.

I also doubt that separating Leanna from everyone she knew was an accident either. Phil is selfish, but he's also a massive pussy. He wouldn't have MENTIONED the side-effect to her, but he surely thought of it, in fear of it coming up. I've noticed his self-centered nature tends to flex in accordance with his company, Katherine doesn't care about a honeymoon, so he has no fear of repercussions from deciding that if they go on one, it'll be a place HE wants to visit.

Yes, he was dumb enough to reveal her medical issues in public, but he had had an annoying day, and we know he thinks even less than usual while agitated. If Leanna had been in a condition to put any fear in him, we wouldn't have heard the hospital story.
