PP asking the questions that matter.

The caption on Leanna's new post is interesting:

" hangen.out When you work over 40 hours a week and wonder why you didn’t become a sugar baby while you were still young enough to do it. 😭😂"
I wish we could hear from Leanna and/or Catherine why Phil wanted them to work. It's why Leanna eventually left, and assume what you will with the horse. His addictions must be really bad to risk losing them. Fat ugly lazy talentless Polack won the lottery with Youtube, streaming, and two wives out of his league but gotta get those Hulk Hogan pulls. He's so stupid.

Trading the Panda for the horse was a definite downgrade for him. For one she actually used to make food instead of those garbage tv dinnners khet buys. I'm hoping the writers get the divorce arc out by next summer though, the relentless begging for gacha and gin money is really getting old.

Phil: I get almost no money from Youtube ad revenue.
Phil: Since I get almost no money from Youtube ad revenue, it doesn't matter if I leave the licensed music on because I get almost no money from Youtube ad revenue.
Also Phil: Since I am getting no money from Youtube ads due to all this licensed music, I need you to buy in and give me money if you're watching on demand. Thanks in advance.

The whole 'pay me for my lost ad revenue because the music will get my videos claimed' thing that he does with this and other playthroughs (he just did it with Alan Wake saying, 'if you like that I'm leaving the music on to have the best possible experience, please contribute and thank you in advance') is just one more indication that, regardless of any of his other issues and flaws, he is just completely joke in a professional / work context.

It's incredible that he can ask for money for doing the literal bare minimum: playing the game as it is intended to be played. He seriously wants to be rewarded for making that 'effort'. Then he threatens them with making the game shitty if they don't meet whatever his monetary expectation is. He flat out said it today, if he doesn't get additional support for his loss of YT income the first few days he plays it, he's gonna turn off the music.

From the strictly 'playing video games as a job' perspective, it's just so amateurish and pathetic to see.

Edited to add this dumbass thumbnail of one of today's videos

So what happens when he's done streaming it on-demand then? They will have to keep tipping more and more after since there will be no residual money in the future from people watching it weeks from now.

Dude is a fiend and his addictions are getting worse and worse by the day with this short term money grab schemes he keeps putting on his viewers.

Tax agencies get pissy when people avoid paying taxes. Most businesses get in trouble because they don't remit the right amount of taxes, sometimes this is because taxes are complicated (how much do you pay on imported goods you plan to sell? How do you claim deductions on imported goods for company use?) Most times small sole proprietors just don't want to pay.

With Phil it's tricky because he's not selling anything, there's no transaction ledger to follow. It's much harder to figure out. As long as he pays income taxes he should be okay.
The way in which DSP makes money means that the IRS has way more work to do in order to find out how much money he really makes and if he owes any taxes. Its just not worth the effort until it becomes ridiculous with his accounts. Until Phil becomes ridiculous or stops paying taxes, he should avoid the IRS' rath

But seeing how he manages his money, he's unlikely to pay his taxes on time. He'll be in their line of sight sooner or later.

As long as he keeps up on his payment plans, they won't care. They get their money + interest + fees. If he falls behind on the payments, though...then they'll be interested.
Will they continue to just let him roll more taxes onto a payment plan? Also we know he let his addiction get in the way of paying his mortgage, how long before it overcomes his need to pay his taxes.

@marlintan or @DSP's Tax Lawyer can probably answer better than I can, but I would imagine so. He seems to be on at least 2 plans for 2018 and 2019 at the moment with one for 2020 and 2021 seeming likely from the bank leaks.
