Hate to go against the grain here, but I believe there is a correlation between COVID deaths and the overweight, regardless of vaccination status. I'm not liking the belief that COVID vaccination will be the end all, be all of eradicating COVID.

Unrelated, I'm starting to hear that we've had more covid deaths so far in 2021 than all of 2020. How is this possible with over half the population fully vaccinated? I actually do believe the vaccine works and should be taken by vulnerable people so how the hell are we still seeing so many deaths? Is it just because we aren't in lockdown anymore?

Retarded. There are tons of drugs that have far more serious side effects than the Covid vaccines. Take multiple sclerosis treatments for example.

Mitoxantrone is used to slow the progression of MS, but it also causes irreversible heart damage with every dose, so people can only take 10-20 doses in their lifetime before the damage gets too severe.

Natalizumab causes PML in 1 out of every 476 people taking it. Once you have PML, you either die (30-50%) or you end up severely disabled. If the Covid vaccines were as dangerous as Natalizumab, there'd be 200,000 deaths and 200,000 people with severe disabilities in the US alone.

Mefloquine/Lariam is another one that comes to mind. I knew someone that had a mild psychotic break after being prescribed it (and was not even warned it could do that). They recovered okay, but it fucks other people up permanently (and since it's an anti-malaria drug a lot of people take it right before going overseas... imagine being in a foreign country and suddenly developing paranoid hallucinations). There are drugs for Parkinson's that can trigger impulse control problems to the point that people suddenly become problem gamblers or start cheating on their spouses. And then there's all the chemo drugs that work by trying to poison the cancer quicker than they poison the rest of your body.

I am pretty sure even birth control pills have more serious side effects than the covid vaccine. That guy is a fucking idiot.
