Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I figure they wanted to ride the high of keeping Va. That the win there (and in NJ) would serve as a sign that the Dem agenda was still valid. Get the win, pass the bill, then snowball towards the others.
No, while that's a good stab at it it doesn't make sense. The actual contents of the bill have a time to do anything. If they had passed it and sent it to Biden around when the Senate had finished it, those would kick in right before the midterms. Good timing, ensure your midterms go better, everything follows a nice timeline.

There's... no real benefit politically at all to the bill with putting it up after the Virginia election.

Speaking of Jersey, has Murphy ramrodded in the unpopular agenda he hid from the electorate to secure his reelection yet? Not that it mattered, as that shit was fortified.

Not yet, it's too soon. Jack is refusing to concede and lawfare is in the process of happening slowly. There's a suspicious 44k 1 am vote drop in bergen county that flipped it, another 12k vote drop in Gloucester county, and video of illegal immigrants beings allowed to vote. The GOP sent a crack team of lawyers to assist jack as well.

Slightly off topic, but I've been unable to find the Hunter Biden photo of him with that minor in lingerie anywhere. It's been almost completely scrubbed off the internet. The best I could find was this blurry screencap.

Yeah I did not need to see this waking up this morning. Jesus Christ.

Either spoiler warning that shit or maybe CJ shouldn't be browsing KiwiFarms drinking his morning coffee to check what's going on in the world today.

You asked me to say something admirable, I did. I never said it's something necessarily virtuous. They each found their own way to play the political game, gain power and money through it, and become solid fixtures within it. The drive and technique they used is to be admired for the skill necessary to perform it, even if it is to be morally condemned.
I guess it being admirable or not really depends on where one sits. And I wouldn't say having the skill of filling up space without actually achieving anything is at all admirable.

Was about to say, we should've invested in turbine and hydrogen cars. They're a shitload cleaner and more efficient than both electric cars and gas guzzlers. We could have had a cool, efficient and aesthetically interesting future but instead we got hyper-consumerist, inefficient dystopian garbage.

Hydrogen peroxide is the most interesting alternative fuel source I've heard of. It decays into water and oxygen, so the exhaust is just water vapor. It's much more energy-dense than gasoline.

The downside is that it's extremely dangerous to handle and will burn your skin off if you touch it. Peroxide fuel is 70-90% pure, not the 3% peroxide you get at the drug store. It's also expensive to make but apparently some breakthroughs have been made that bring the price down a bit. If someone put some real money into research it may be possible to really bring the price down, but the danger factor remains.

I have no clue why it was delayed so long from when the Senate passed it. It's very clearly meant to be the thing they passed before passing everything else they wanted (and I do mean everything else, the BBB agenda, all the social spending, and election fortification). A bipartisan push, paying off the RINOs a bit to stay friendly, a bit of good publicity going into a harder fight, and just enough goodies for the voters that they would have kicked in right when most useful before the midterms.

The beige nature is because it was meant to be harmless and friendly, to lower everyone's guard.

Instead its... way too late, and somehow got deeply contested despite being beige.
Perhaps it's because of that lack of political capital that you keep speaking about.
Maybe this vote was held off because some other deal was being negotiated, but they couldn't reach satisfying compromise before VA ( &other elections).
This was basically Pelosi paying off RINOS while it was still possible; before elections Dems probably thought they were giving RINOS too much, now after it might've been best deal possible.

Sounds like they got some evidence there.

Is Christmas earlier in hackerland
The low level programmers all know that OCT 31 is equal to DEC 25.

How energy-dense exactly? I'm kind of curious if there'd be a possibility of just distributing it dilute and using some sort of clever distiller to concentrate it for actual usage.

The problem with that, and I have considered it, is that it would largely have been borrowing from the RINOs capital and the original signing predated the major Afghanistan fuckup, so they could have borrowed against that like they did so many other things.

Isn't it because the progressive caucus was putting the breaks on the bill? They didn't want it to pass without including BBB as well, because holding up this bill was their best bargaining chip to get all the BBB pork passed. Their bluff was called and the Dems cut a deal with the RINOs and now they're left out in the cold.

That kind of backdoor dealing should happen quickly, especially given the bill was pushed forward from the senate by RINOs. A delay on it makes no sense.

the blacks have actually gotten mroe savage since the 1960's.
No shit, back before then they knew that if they went wild at Whites or in a White area they'd get themselves strung up, or at least have the shit beat out of them by the police. They were treated like the savage animals they are, and that kept them mostly in check. Once the forces that held back their base instincts were removed, the violence and bloodshed increased in frequency and scope.

"Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that his justice cannot sleep forever." - Thomas Jefferson

I mean her current approval rating is low and she's not even showing up in person as much anymore? So just imagine her being president and her approval rating than
I don't believe she wants to do the job of Vice-President at all. She just wants the title and the perks. She can handle doing a few social/ceremonial things, but has failed miserably when assigned actual work, such as the border problems. This when we need an engaged, competent Vice-President as much as we ever have. Even when she is present Kamala is missing in action. Surely she realizes there is no way she could win in 24. We all know that.
