He's apparently accepted service of a subpoena. He's legally obligated to show up and he can be treated as a hostile witness. The jury can also infer the worst possible interpretation of anything he refuses to answer.

Gaige is a liar and wants his payday.

Having said that, I've seen both defense and prosecution witnesses become incredibly hostile and unable to agree on even simple facts with the person cross examining them... Gaige only seemed to object to the term "chase" and basically buckled as soon as he was questioned further about whether Kyle only shot after Gaige pointed the pistol at Kyle.

If he'd just argued anything, like he didn't think the gun was pointed directly at Kyle, there's a chance the jury would buy it, or at least take it into account. And juries are really fucking dumb.

While I hated his oily poor boy ow my arm narrative on direct questioning, at least he saved us a bunch of time by admitting Kyle had a pretty good reason to vaporize his arm.

I don't think there's enough time in the world for Binger to come up with a redirect question to dig them out of this hole.

Oh, I misunderstood. I was under the impression that this was being used by the prosecution in some way to make Kyle look less "justified" in vaporizing Grosskreutz' arm. The defence brought up the discrepancy? I only tuned in today when they were asking Grossarm about the footage of him pointing his pistol at Kyle.

In fairness, Binger has been doing that a lot. "Did you ever see Rosenbaum carrying a weapon?" etc.

He was probably trying to get it into the jury's head that Gaige gun was harmless or whatever and evil Kyle keeps his AR chambered to murder all the black people./

So Reddit was really cocky this morning with it's articles. A few of the popular subs r/news even allowed a post as Gaige was going his testimony about him being an EMT.

About 10 minutes into the cross examination, the entire thread about Gaige was deleted.

Any cope-seethe-dialate Reddit threads? Gotta think lots of salt from those exceptional faggots going on about now.

Grosskreutz might be a new lolcow, I think he’s definitely got what he needs to get to that level. His fear of internet people and insane reaction to them make it likely he’s going to get his own troll community soon (likely from pol) and have his own thread here.

As soon as Luthor came at him he became cold and terse, but with every question he kept pausing more and more, paranoid about what trap might be waiting for him.

It also looked like he was thinking hard on how his answers might make him look in front of his commie allies, Luthor just kept making him agree over and over before proceeding so there was no retrat without looking like a liar or a buffoon.
