I disagree. Kyle's case is pretty clear cut and his defense only has to not fuck up. Once the jury is able to see the actual facts of the case (which have largely and intentionally been obscured by the media), the verdict should be not guilty.

he was charged with a felony but it was dropped. Something to that effeect. he was Concealed carrying with an expired license which should be a fine or whatever, but they didn't give him any.
