Looks to me Kyle is going to be acquitted of murder but the firearm charge is going to stick.
It's up to the jury.
That would be a good compromise. The left gets their "guns bad" shit and Rittenhouse walks with a misdemeanor.

Sucks they aren't dismissing the weapons charge, but I'm pretty sure even if he gets wacked with that charge and off on everything else he can still buy guns. Only misdemeanor I know of that makes you a prohibited person is domestic violence. God I hope this kid can still buy guns when this is over, the way the left is acting he is going to need them.
FYI a drug charge prevents any Wi resident from holding a conceal carry. ( and weed is still very illegal here.)

byuu's death

he's not dead, though he is 'dead' in the sense that he's likely abandoned all his names, acquired a new identity, and seethes behind an unknown handle that his foolproof tactic of faking suicide and blaming someone halfway across the world hasn't defeated the boogeymen of kiwi farms. he'll be forgotten in a year and spoken of only as the loser he always was, if there is indeed anyone to speak of him at all.

Kyle writing notes in class. Going to pass "I like you" to the dreadlock girl two rows back. Wonder if judge will make him read it out.

Reactions: Kabuki Actor
i can't speak for anyone else here, but this guy in the audience is basically me with every single superfluous witness called to the stand.

It doesn't necessarily. Only a felony charge will, I've known people with weed charges who still got them/kept them after getting a weed charge.
Well 2 possessions In Wi is a felony. (As in, the second one becomes an automatic felony)

I absolutely cannot have a drug charge of any kind or I will lose my ccp. It is written in the law for applying.

Tho, for renewal (every 5 years, and it's like $50 compared to the first time $150) there mmmaaayyy be a loophole, but I doubt. It.
