Did Binger close or just say he's going to after lunch? I was watching Nick the Nose and like usual his crew was all crowing at the worst time.

I dont think he should have been there and I think he and his parents should be charged with something related to that (idk what tho), but we know from recordings anyone can watch the shootings were self defense. Plus killing a convicted child molester is always a good thing.

No one should have been there. It's beyond dumb to charge the kid putting out fires and let the ones setting shit on fire and destroying shit go free.

I have a different take. I think we should've armed everyone over 16 and sent them in to augment the militia. If you're not in your community defending it from rioters, maybe you aren't doing your civic duty.
You can do that as an adult. High schoolers need to stay the fuck at home and he's lucky he wasn't killed.

As much as a 17 year old might want to go to a riot, if you're a parent you need to tell them absolutely fucking not and idk what his were thinking.

Its an open-shut case with plenty of legal precedent and footage, the only way the justice system could possibly fuck it up is if Kyle's defense attorney keeps letting Binger lead witnesses up and down the courtroom. There's been too many blueball opportunities to drop some really nice zingers on the prosecution that could win over the jury with a finger snap but it almost feels like he's so confident in winning that he isn't willing to object to anything, the judge basically had to do it for him on the first day.
I think they tried to get him on the Rosenbaum shooting being murder and then making the following self defense somehow illegitimate, because they were trying to stop a dangerous shooter guiseeee.

Now you see, the rioters were totally justified to be there violently burning cars and thus weren't putting themselves in the situation by chasing a dude with a gun. However Kyle wasn't because errrrrrrrrrrrrr

It's really satisfying watching wannabe revolutionaries, antifa-sympathetic goons and trust-funded rebels, etc. appearing in court and discovering that the legal system, as flawed as it is, doesn't operate like a Discord or a Twitter group chat...we saw it with the Gawker goon in the Hulk Hogan lawsuit who thought cracking a crass joke about pedophilia in front of a judge would win him a million updoots, we saw it with the fat moron EMT in the Chauvin trial who tried to take down the patriarchy during her testimony and thought her snarky remarks and attitude would be seen as "fire", and now we have Gaige "Big Cross" here, who managed to bungle it somehow in spite of the prosecution getting him cleaned up so he doesn't quite resemble the methed out freakshow he looked like the night he got a bullet in the bicep.

I agree with what you're saying and I think there's another side of this too... Kyle had THAT kind of trigger discpline at 17 years old?? The whole scene looks like choreography from a movie

I think the pros was OK with high-on-xanax Gross klutz dunking on himself and saving the city from a fake and gay lawsuit. What really gets my gerbils though, is they missed a golden opportunity to expose antifa coordination with Gross klutzes cell phone. Would've been great for Kenosha and the country to have the kind of awful shit those commies say in the record, and probably provide some evidence to the bailey of the motte and bailey "it's just an ideology bro" of the so called "anti fascists". Shame the exceptional Democrats still think the commies are useful to them somehow, even as they systematically destroy the media and the DNCs credibility.
