I know I'm probably wrong, but can you really argue that simply exercising a constitutional right makes you culpable of creating an illegal situation? In other words, it seems that Binger is angling for "the mere fact that guns were present caused people to attack Kyle Rittenhouse, therefore the situation is his fault."
