Her knowledge of Torah is really not good. One of the more interesting parts of Torah is that it's not a universalist creed. It's the religion of one particular group of people that you can be born into or join, but unlike Islam or Christianity, nothing about Judaism requires that non-Jews be Jewish. That's why you don't see Jews out trying to convert people (to Judaism; some of the irreligious can get pretty evangelical about bad political ideas).

Even still, The Torah does not allow such a pathway to deal with others sins.
First, you must go to the person in private (rebuke them privately).
Second, you must try to bring a second or third witness (if they don't repent).
Third, you may then go to the Judges in the House of Israel to bring a charge of sin against them.
However, assuming that most of you are Goy, and The Torah is not your moral compass -- although I suspect some of you are Ger or lost Sheep -- what gives you the right to treat people in the manner that you do scapegoating them as "LOLCOW"s? These are people who, more often than not, are beyond help. Any good advice we could give them would be ignored and spat upon, and they'd just go back to whatever it is they were doing (Proverbs 26:11).
