What the witness meant and implied was horizontally lunging towards Kyle, what the media omitted implies Kyle killed a man lying down on the ground.

I kinda agree but I remember seeing very similar posts here during the Chauvin trial, and he got convicted on literally everything.

Yes. Because he was always going to get convicted. Because the video showed him kneeling on a guy for 9 minutes as he died and doing nothing to mitagate. We also knew before the trail he was going to initially plead guilty.

When you considering everything the judge has said and done so far Kyle is not going to get hit with everything.

I still think Kyle getting completely convicted is the best outcome for the long term future of the country. Way more people are openly on his side compared to Chauvin and it would destroy trust in the legal system among right wing gun people, a group that has already been getting radicalized over the last decade.

I'm still not ruling out a guilty verdict due to a pozzed or cowardly jury, but that's literally the ONLY way Kyle does not walk.

Binger has most likely used up any and all good will he may have once had with the jury due to his oily tricks. He wouldn't look so despondent if he had stacked the deck with them. And then there's fatso, who made a complete ass of himself today.
