i'm waiting with bated breath for this prosecutor to try and say something to the effect of, "so you got all this stuff together, with your friends, to be prepared, and you didn't need to use them? so why did you?"

and just keep leading.

pretty much this.
Irritated me to no end that no one but the granny had brains to point out that guns are meant as a deterrent to prevent violence. Easily turning this line of questioning in the W for defense.
Fucking blows my mind.
Prosecution goes "guns this, guns that"... you have to fucking get in front of that, goddammit.

No it does not.Someone trying to gouge your eyes or shoot point blank at your vehicle or rape you in the ass,now that's what justify lethal force.
Here's a mental excercise.Do you honestly believe that Rittenhouse would've died or otherwise suffer permanent and debilitating injury had he not excercise lethal force? I don't.I think he would've ended up black and blue but i don't think it warrants shooting 2 people
Black Hitler strikes again.

I don't really understand the mindset you're going at with this. If you hear gunshots and see a guy running away towards the police cars, does your mind automatically think that he's a mass shooter and you should chase him down to... citizen's arrest him before he can get to the cops? It doesn't make sense to me at all.

Now I didn't go to an American school so I wasn't taught what to do during an active shooter situation, but I thought the first thing you have to do is get the hell away from the shooter and only fight when you're cornered and can't run anywhere else. If you're chasing a guy with a rifle and get shot, I don't think you should be surprised at that outcome.
I'm thankfully old enough that I never had to worry about active shooters anywhere near as much as the kids these days so I can't say 100% for certain what it's like for a school environment. However, my work office participated in active shooter training about a year or so before the lockdowns, and what you said was essentially correct. Priorities in a confirmed or even suspected active shooter event are in the following order:
  1. GET THE FUCK OUT. Try to be quiet, try to move between cover if possible (such as cubicle walls in the case of my office) and get as far away as possible. Keep your eyes open even while moving away - just because you hear shots or some other sort of commotion from one direction doesn't mean the shooter is alone. Once you are out of the building and have at least a couple blocks of distance away from the event, then call 911 and explain the situation.
  2. If you are unable to run (or at least unable to leave the building), then you hide. If you have the luxury of time to pick a hiding spot it should be somewhere with a solid door with no glass - even a covered window can simply be smashed through, after all. If you can do it without revealing your location, call 911 and explain the situation.
  3. Only - ONLY - in the case where you cannot run and either cannot hide or you're about to be found after hiding should you ever try attacking the shooter. In this case you should use absolutely anything you can to try and prevent them from ending your life, including using a weapon (improvised or otherwise). You aren't trying to be a hero, you are trying to not die.
Now there are some particulars to my training that wouldn't apply to this situation. Some examples:
  • One reason to suspect a soon-to-be shooting event would be to hear very loud yelling or other aggressive behavior, because this is a corporate office which is naturally a pretty calm place - this obviously would be difficult to apply to a riot mostly peaceful protest where everyone's already screaming at each other and setting shit on fire.
  • Because the Kenosha riot is out in the streets there shouldn't be any reason why you can't keep running, outside of a rare situation like running into a dead end alleyway or something.
  • In an office environment you're also unlikely to be there with family, so there isn't any emphasis on helping them escape or otherwise defending them in terms of priorities. If you were the kind of depraved individual to bring your children to a riot then there is that to consider as well.
  • Most importantly at my office you aren't allowed to have weapons (concealed or open carry) on the premises, so for my training it's assumed that any weapon I'd use against an attacker in the worst case scenario would be improvised and as such it's even less incentive to try fighting unless it's a last resort. That being said, it was said that even if you have a proper weapon like a gun you still should never try to go in and be a hero. If you're cornered you should most certainly use it to avoid death but the situation does not give you any good reason to seek it like the One-Armed Bandit did.

The true turbofaggots are those that will still claim Kyle was just out to kill people no matter how much evidence to the contrary is presented. Those faggots will go mad to their graves that this kid dared defending himself from a mob of violent felons and got away breathing and (hopefully) free.
To said turbofaggots, or at least the majority of them (I'm sure at least some are actually delusional enough to believe Kyle is guilty, even if presented with evidence), it was never about whether Kyle was found not-guilty by evidence, or whether he actually defended himself or was just a murderer. They aren't paying attention to the trial, because they aren't looking to find the truth of the situation. These people weren't there, and they haven't watched or read up on anything involving the trial, other than the "fact" that Kyle Rittenhouse went to a BLM riot and killed three of the people causing the riot. To them, they heard about someone daring to stand up against the mob that was becoming the status quo, and they wanted Kyle put away/executed as an example of what happens when you question the status quo. By Kyle being found not-guilty, their own violent urges are challenged, and their fantasies about raping and pillaging in the name of Justice are crushed.

And in our digital age, that insane bullshit is not only tolerated, but you'll be viciously attacked just the same for daring to censor their opinions.

High functioning autists are no joke, we've got at least one confirmed in my office and the guy is exactly like this photojournalist. Pretty nice, he comes off as a cream puff, but I've seen him correct our VP in the middle of a meeting and reel off conversations like he was reading from a transcript. They absolutely, positively cannot fucking stand 'mistakes on purpose' for some reason - I personally think they're so literal and memory so good that deliberate lies are like a rock in your shoe to them. It probably doesn't help that most of the time the poor bastards are dealing with guesswork (social situations) so literally the only points where they get to be 100% correct are in the fields of recall. Once they root themselves on that recall, you're absolutely not going to shift them, either, and getting pissy about it does not help.
It also helps that Richards knew exactly how to handle that guy. I wanna say maybe big boy didn't realize the caliber of tism he was dealing with because Richards handled him so well, except big boy already meet with him and tripped the sperg wire before. So there's just no excuse.

When are we going to stop pretending to care about the rule of law? This trial is simple; whether you think Kyle is innocent or not depends entirely on how close you are to him politically. I think the people(?) Kyle killed/injured were disgusting and unstable menaces to society, therefore he is innocent
That's a bit simplistic. Some of us are sophisticated enough to understand that anarchy has consequences, regardless of the "D"s or "R"s of the matter.

If you ever get called up for jury duty, please do that "I love chinks" thing.

Getting bashed in the head with the trucks (axles) of a skateboard can kill you or give you a traumatic brain injury.

It's breaking for sure. This was on the front page of Reddit.

MSM Horseshit: Eric Levenson said:
Their final witness was a doctor who testified that Rosenbaum died from a fatal shot to the back as his body was bent forward.
It's completely, exactly, opposite what the doctor actually testified. Unless I misunderstood the "bullet went out the back" explanation.

The way that reads, though, to any sensible, normal person is that Pedobong was shot turned away from Kyle. Maybe the facts just haven't percolated down to (((them))) yet.

What's a brain injury among friends?

Anyhows, has there been an update to the whole witness tampering bullshit circulating around? I can't find anything and Precious Photoboy needs to be avenged.
