That being said, it was said that even if you have a proper weapon like a gun you still should never try to go in and be a hero. If you're cornered you should most certainly use it to avoid death but the situation does not give you any good reason to seek it like the One-Armed Bandit did.
An extremely important point.
One third of violent crime overall features multiple attackers and plenty of real world active shooter scenarios had armed trailing accomplishes who have shot and killed concealed carriers that stepped in, unless they are literally heading towards your friends/family never go looking for the fight.

If Kyle would get a gun charge, could that be acquitted or does that linger? I assume with all that's happening, the judge would just give him that charge as a formality.

Michael Jackson's Thriller was just playing in the background, which I didn't notice until Vincent Price started cackling. The hell?
I couldn't hear anything when the stream was live before it went down, nor do I hear anything now on the second stream, if there is music playing.

Edit: Judge is now on scene. Can in fact hear him.

Remember last year some Antifag (I think his girlfriend was in a wheelchair) literally said something like, "they ain't gonna do shit" and then got ventilated by the guy driving the car he was menacing with a rifle?

Great memories from a bad year. We need more of that.
His name was Daniel Perry, and he's probably not having a great year since he'll be facing an Austin jury. He was doing his job as a rideshare driver at the time, so we'll need another excuse than "he shouldn't have even been there, he was looking for trouble", especially compared to the peaceful protestor who approached him out of the blue with an AK-47 for absolutely no reason at all.

Jogger's case isn't as entertaining, that's clear.

So I just noticed while searching for a stream to watch that "Rittenhouse facepalm" is showing up in google auto-complete as one of the first 10 trending searches.
