you can't really prep for a liar unless you have evidence to prove the conversation objectively. they'll double down the lie, like he did, and that's it.

only a CNN watching tard is going to believe it on face value. everyone else will see that the story doesn't make sense. and now doubt has been cast over both of them. As far as i can see anyway.
Yeah... he was either going to stick by his post or admit that he lied. Once someone admits that they're a liar there's not a lot of use in continuing to ask them anything. The guy was like "I was stressed out. I've never been in this situation before" and my question would be "Well if he lies when he's stressed out and in unfamiliar situations, then how can I believe anything he says in a fucking murder trial?"

Holy shit, please do no do the one thing that has the potential to tank your case. Please please please please.

They're actually letting him on the stand?? Why?
Jesus I wonder how cross will go.

Missed roommate's testimony but seems like it went as expected.
Depends, could be advantageous if he does well, shuts down a lot of doubts that might exist if he doesn't.

Why. The. Fuck?

Does the prosecution have a picture of Hard R eating shit out of a diaper? Why would he do this?

You absolutely can prep for lying at any point by getting the liar to mess up their story. You give them some feeder questions to make them think they're safe and then ask a question about the lie that deviates from the original path.

A liar does not keep a consistent story, and the more you expose their lie the more frustrated they become.

Once they're heated, you go in with the question you really want to ask and they'll more than likely slip up.
he's the other end of the photographer from yesterday. He knows the defense doesn't have corroborating evidence. He can just hold down the lie and nothing will change. you saw what fatboy did with the photographer yesterday, there's a bigger chance going hard is going to back fire.

is this where the feds are going to fuck him? they had pretty much won why would they do this if it wasnt to absolutely fuck his case?
