Same guy who said to the judge that it was common knowledge on how to enhance on apple and that it was like a magnifying glass, but also not so common that the defence had no basis in saying that using the zoom feature altered the picture, and that somewhere in there an expert should testify, but that it needed to be the defence who called the expert, not the prosecution, even though it was his exhibit.
Man if so much shit is common sense i wonder why we have experts at all!

For anybody joining in late:

First day (Jury selection)
Second day (Defense says the hard R)
Third day (Prosecution begins to fuck up here, judge gets pissed at him, Regg incognito video with superchats used as evidence)
Fourth day (Juror gets thrown out due to Jacob Blake joke, prosecution is dealt a major blow when witness said that he heard the 'victim' say "if I catch any of you guys alone tonight, I'm gonna' fucking kill you," and the judge gets pissed again at the prosecution afterwards)
Fifth day (Another juror struck due to pregnancy and the prosecution shits the bed even more: opening the door for Rosenbaum's girlfriend to testify that he was depressed and bipolar. They then subpoenaed two Indian brothers who have something shady going on.)
Before the sixth day (Cortez Rice claims that he knows people inside the courtroom taking pictures of the jury and threatening to dox them if they don't convict Kyle)
Sixth day (Gaige Grosskreutz takes the stand and gets spanked by the judge for saying murder during direct. On cross, he kept changing his story, is shown to have a financial incentive for Kyle to be convicted, admits to having pointed his gun at Kyle and that he lied to police in his statement to them, tweeted during the trial like a fucking idiot, and the facebook post about Grosskreutz regretting not killing Kyle was brought up and resulted in his friend being served. Soon after Gaige finished, a detective took the stand and testified that the prosecution told him not to execute a search warrant on Gaige)
Seventh day (Someone got caught recording the jurors and was forced to delete it. The bodies were shown with the jurors reported to be taking notes and some of them having difficulty looking at the pictures. The curfew charge was dismissed. Granny witness says hard R. Autistic photographer testified that he had a meeting with Binger where Binger gave him information that he hadn't known and wasn't in his official statement and then asked him to change his statement to reflect that. Aka, the prosecution coached him and tried to get him to change his sworn statement. Prosecution goes hostile on him as a result and made themselves look worse to the jury. Autist also testified that the ATF and FBI showed up at his house and job. Also the judge looked through a cookie food book.)
Eighth day (Gaige's roommate covers for him and denies what Gaige said. Indian car dealer came back and tried to evade questions by pretending not to understand them, only for a video to show him speaking perfect English. Kyle then takes the stand and it ultimately turns out to not be disastrous. Cries on the stand while retelling his story. Binger gets slapped by the judge for attempting to impugn Kyle for not taking the stand until now, a violation of the fifth amendment. Binger then fucks up some more trying to make Kyle out to be a liar, like using violent video games and Kyle's Instagram username and description. Judge gets absolutely pissed off at Binger, has the jury moved out, and outright yells at him for the constitution violation and inadmissible evidence. Binger then stupidly tries to argue the judge, making him more furious, and comes very close to declaring a mistrial with prejudice. Afterwards, Binger tries to attack Kyle at every possible angle regarding the night of the shooting and, according to people in the courtroom, made himself look even worse to the jury.)

Anyone hear people questioning why Kyle Rittenhouse had an AR-15 rifle with him defending himself over why the accusers in question were sex offenders trying to kill Kyle?

Apologies for being late, but the mistrial thing makes sense, in my opinion. It’s going to be an interesting few days where they will demonize an emotional 18 year old crying on the stand while he was protecting himself.

It‘s amazing how they seem to forget that he willingly handed himself over to the police after that incident, but if I learned anything from the Chauvin verdict, I don’t think this will end well for either party – the people that want Rittenhouse guilty or the people defending the accusers for threatening a then teenage kid with violence for wanting to defend houses and other property being burnt down in Kenosha.

Okay, I'm seeing some outrage that the judge's ring tone is apparently "Proud to be an American". I listened to that little three second clip a few times and I don't hear it. Granted, I don't really know that song well, and I looked the song up on Youtube, I still don't hear it. Does anybody here know definitively if it is that song? It sounds like such a clickbait headline, it might as well be "Rittenhouse Judge has Dukes of Hazard theme as a ring tone".

The funny thing to me, if it actually is "Proud to be an American", what does that say about the people who thinks that's a bad thing?

Dr. Black should be a good witness. Binger was questioning him in a pretrial hearing (Dobair?) and he was clearly a hostile witness but did so politely and professionally.

He just needs to remind the jury that the shots that greased Rosenbaum happened in less than a second, and the encounter from him getting knocked down to walking back towards the police lines was less than 10. This all happened insanely fast. Kid was running on pure instinct and somehow didn't just spray wildly into the crowd.
I hope he does. Part of the reason I now think Binger drew out the pointless questioning on morality and what he was thinking when he pulled the trigger and whether those guys would have thought etc, was he wanted to portray to the jury that Kyle had time to run though all these moral considerations in his head, as opposed to shit going down in seconds where everything is split second threat assessment and decision making.

It wasn't some time stop nonsense where he could run through all these considerations, it was more like a Bruce Lee situation, "it (being reactions and training) just happened"

Can someone answer my fucking question about what Legal Eagle is? I didn’t see a thread about on this site. Sorry for being exceptional.
A really shitty far lefty lawyer with absolutely stupid takes and holywood (or at least ... nostalgia critic?) tier video editing that always agrees with the progressive bubble, who Youtube adjusts the algorithm constantly to drive clicks to his videos. Nick hates him because he's been blatantly and obviously stupid about shit, but it's always of the "yes reddit is absolutely right that you lose your civil rights if you upset a tranny, here's why" variety.

Got a reply from King of All Autists on photos. They will be for sale after a verdict is rendered.
Ask him if he's doing prints. Someone in Nick's stream was suggesting a photo book of the night Kenosha burned, that might be good too. (Tell him to hold off on the final design until after the trial, cause if they riot again, hey, more photos!)

Oh it absolutely is the site in question. Fuck yeah. Look at our little sped http://kenoshacountyeye.com/2021/10...ot-angry-when-witness-didnt-change-his-story/

[EDIT] holy shit and it don’t stop coming http://kenoshacountyeye.com/2021/09...-not-to-allow-self-defense-expert-to-testify/
Did they ever say that Dr. Black can testify on use of force and self defense? Or just video forensics?

Law is downstream from culture. That is the biggest mistake the right has been making for decades.
Intentional, actually. The left has moles in the right and are intentionally fucking with them.

Judge: Don't bring this up in front of the jury.
Prosecutor: I'm going to do what those 4chan racists call a pro gamer move.

Look, at the end of the day, the prosecution is nailing Kyle to the cross for political reasons. You have a gay, pro-BLM prosecutor wearing a fucking Star Wars pin trying to paint sexual predators and actual child rapists in a good light in a case of obvious self-defense. And when the judge tells him not to bring up a spontaneous utterance from Kyle from days prior? The faggot brings it up, anyway. He's not fucking stupid; he can get away with it (he just did) and it doesn't matter if the judge tells them to disregard that or not. The cat is out of the bag and in their heads.

Welcome to 2021, fellas. We live in a society where anything you've said will be used against you to nail you for bullshit charges. Even if Kyle is exonerated, him and his family are out the time and money to go through this charade. He will live a lifetime wondering if a random kike child molester or nigger is going to blow his brains in the local Walmart parking lot.

At the very start of this, I said that it doesn't matter what you do: if you do something against the current woke zeitgeist, every fucking thing you've ever said or typed is going to be brought up, even if the courts order it not to. The media will swamp the airwaves to taint any possible juror before they ever take the stand. Were you joking? Were you just frustrated at being helpless in the face of crime? Doesn't matter. Context is dead.
