Did anyone else see Binger flashing Masonic gestures to the judge and defense attorneys during the trial? People were talking about it on /pol but I don't want to rewatch the whole day's proceedings to find time stamps.
I saw a couple of gestures that perked my interest somewhat, but I'm on the fence as to whether or not they were actually meaningful.
If he was he must be pretty low ranking because the Judge was having none of it. Attorneys get admonished from the bench sometimes but Binger was absolutely roasted. The Judge knew he was on national TV and put Binger on blast.

I know a lot of the Farms think Rekieta is a lolcow and he's definitely got some tendencies, but he's also an enormously likable guy who intuitively knows how to deal with an edgy internet audience.
I find him almost unwatchable when it's just him, but the guest lawyers he's had on for these Rittenhouse trial days have made it much more interesting.

If he's solo doing a legal-based show (e.g. reading the lolsuit of the day or discussing something in the legal world), he's pretty good to watch since he's educational and entertaining.

When he does a solo show and just low key sperging about twitter dipshits or whatever it's much less entertaining. It's low hanging, low effort fruit.

But he definitely is a good host. He's able to coax conversation, make the guest(s) feel comfortable, and make sure everyone gets a turn to talk.

So If I have to shoot someone in self defense I have to wait for them to kill me first and then render aid after I ventilate them? This is liberal logic everyone.
Specifically, their golem. If their golem is burning down your city, that's a good thing that you MUST celebrate, and if you don't, you're guilty of doubleplus ungood hateythink. Even if in some universe you have to shoot the golem, which you should never have to (be allowed to) do because the golem destroying your town is inherently a good thing, you must immediately drop everything, prostrate yourself before the golem, give your life attempting to make amends for the golem, and allow the other goelms in the area to destroy you for the sin of inconveniencing the golem on it's warpath.

This is unspoken leftist dogma. The fact that these "lesser Americans" like Kyle even were out on the street when the righteous protestors were destroying their lives was a sin. The fact that Kyle might have scared some of them away from destroying a town, or worse, scared some towns into no longer allowing the golem to rampage unchecked, is a capital sin. He must die for it, their unspoken religion will brook no lesser sentence.

It's interesting, I think more of them expect a not guilty than people on here.
It's a case of both them and significant amounts of posters here being doompilled for entirely different reasons. They actually believe in systemic racism and all of that CRT nonsense so they also all think this is just a show trial, but one he was always going to win because the system is broken (because it's racist).

There are fine doomers on both sides.
Can someone answer my fucking question about what Legal Eagle is? I didn’t see a thread about on this site. Sorry for being exceptional.
He's a lefty clickbait political commentator who has some absurd opinions sometimes. Popular on youtube. Wears a suit and has a set with fake lawbooks behind him.

Kyle Rittenhouse is the litmus test for whether you deserve to live in a constitutional republic that protects your rights.

If you are willing to put the kid behind bars for life because he "shouldn't have been there" but will defend the right for two pedos and a felon to destroy property, then you deserve to be ground up and spit out by the system you're creating and victimized by the violent lunatics who are creating it.

So he's the stereotypical "youtube lawyer" complete with a shelf of large books that he never reads and in a suit and does liberal hot legal takes, including on pop culture and movies. He got roundly mocked for saying that Bree Larson's marvel character was legally justified for smashing a bystanded who touched her newspaper or something like that. Just the epitome of everything normie about a youtube lawyer.

Shitlib YouTube lawyer who has takes like someone touched your newspaper to get your attention to ask you a question so using deadly force is fine because it was assault, because marvel and girl power.

but will defend the right for two pedos
I've seen this a few time in this thread. Am I missing something?

We all know Pedobaum is a child rapist, so that's one.

Far as I know Huber "just" abused his siblings and Grosskruetz is a burglar who may have slapped his grandmother. I don't know who the second pedo is.

Barnes is kind of weird.

He knows a shit ton about politics and law, but because he has a background in both those things that spans decades that make him shady as fuck.

He constantly talks about how he was young and ballot harvesting in the South. He currently takes political betting, so he is extremely well researched with history, voting trends, racial voting patterns, and more. He also took up several high profile cases like Sandman and the Covington Kids, and Wesley Snipes because he can't shut up about it.

He is like the pinnicle of stereotypical lawyers: a real life Better Call Saul character.
Barnes was willing represent the KiwiFarms so he gets big ups too. He is definitely an activist make no mistake. He's one of the good ones though. He tilts at the right windmills and yeah, he may look silly at times doing it.

But he is also the kind of guy who would represent an autistic shitposting forum where users can anonymously say Nigger. So yeah he is weird. My kind of weird.

This probably isn't relevant to anything, but curiosity is compelling me to look up Binger's prior cases. I know we joke that he has a bias towards Kyle and is trying to summon the checkmark mob to run media ops, but something about the last two days has made me wonder if this case is less about Kyle and more about politics and optics. And I'm wondering if this is a common tactic for him...

Cursory DuckDuckGo search pulled up this from Kenosha County Eye:
We looked into Thomas Clair and this is what we found:

On Christmas Eve, 2019 police were called to Binger’s girlfriend’s house for a domestic disturbance. Dispatchers could hear Binger yelling in the background as she was on the phone. This was a verbal argument that turned physical but medical treatment was declined. Not surprisingly, Burlington Police wrote a very short synopsis of the incident and no arrests were made.

Binger (D) ran for District Attorney in 2016 and got beat by a wide, 16 point margin.

Binger is known for being outspoken during lulls in court activity and for broadcasting his desire to charge political opponents with crimes.

I'm taking it with a grain of salt, but finding this has strengthened my resolve to find video or court docs of his previous casework.
