OK, I’ve found the Tiktok account where the Mom parades what looks to be a baby with issues but doesn’t talk about them. Just says “She looks just like her dad!”

It’s hard to convey in a screenshot, but this kid looks oddly stiff and unresponsive, obsessively mouths her hands in every single video, has really low set ears and small looking eyes. Thoughts?

My first guess is fetal alcohol syndrome. The space between that kids lips and nose is smooth,no creases.

Her feet are janky as well. She recently had an unknown procedure and take tiktoks at the doctor. There is something else wrong as that was my first guess, but she may have had a cleft palate, which was not confirmed or denied.

Arent there a few cases of that form of dwarfism that have normal intelligence, but most are tards who die very young? Given her age and severe mobility issues I wouldnt say she's a tard for sure yet, but her mlm shill mom probably isnt helping her chances.

So far, I've only heard of two cases of thanatophoric dysplasia where the patients weren't tards, both of them being in this article.

Shes just two years old. And she is not seizing you can tell her eye movements are purposeful. She makes eye contact she makes sounds on command, etc. She is surely going to have some delays, but it is not early enough to say she is going to be a potatoe.

@bigfart420666 Well, I have to admit I am partially incorrect looking at NORD profound retardation is seen in about 80% of cases. I personally don't count someone as a potatoe unless they are Hartley or Luna level of brain dead, but I know others find that amount of retardation enough. So though there is a chance Paisley wont be profoundly retared all likely hood is she will remain at the level of an early toddler (2 or 3 year old) intellectuallly.

She talks about highschool a whole lot. About kids in her class and grade, and posted what looks to be homecoming photos. On Instagram she paints a more mature photo of herself and tries to get the baby to smile. On TikTok you get a very candid look at their life. Opening shien as the baby cries. Talking about having a mini me/doll, not realizing the irony.

Some of the videos on tiktok are sad because she wants to be a TikTok/Instagram mom, and tries to follow that script. For example she will say "this makes me so happy I could cry" and the baby is doing nothing in response to her.

That IS perplexing. I mean I know not all babies are perfect and beautiful,some are hideous, but this is not merely "homely". The low set ears are indicative of something I'm sure.

No doubt she’s retarded, but she isn't unconscious of her surroundings. She tracks things with her eyes and responds to stimuli.

For example, Luna from the Empathic Mama thread doesn't track things with her eyes and seems to only flicker to pain on her upper extremities, minus seizing. (As far as I can tell from watching videos and not assessing her.)

The baby is about 10 months old now, if it was Trisomy 13/Patau wouldn’t she be more deteriorated? No sign of cleft lip at birth.
My money was on FAS based on the first pics but in earlier pictures she does have a more defined filtrum.

Could be a mosaic version of it which would be milder. The deformities to the toes and ears as well as the fact that for some reason it was impossible to feed the child via its mouth just hit at something way more then FAS.

Most people with dwarfism have normal intelligence, but shorter lifespans.

Some types of dwarfism are associated with intellectual disabilities, like hypothyroidism in childhood, Noonan syndrome, and Turner syndrome. However, the people asserting Paisley is braindead have no idea what they're talking about.

One of my Facebook friends, a HS classmate, has a child with Noonan syndrome. It affects every organ system in his body, and they're trying to get him on SSI disability as a result. This is going to be challenging because he's of average intelligence and has been taking online college classes. (He always attended the local school, in regular classes.)

Also, I have a friend who has several housemates, including one with Turner syndrome. It doesn't affect IQ that much, but most women with TS have dyslexia and other learning disabilities, and the housemate also has significant hearing loss and wears hearing aids. I don't think she drives either, due to her very short stature and poor hand-eye coordination.

Hmm, neither Noonan nor Turner have feet/cleft palate things noted. Would've leaned towards Turner out of the two. FAS does, however, have joint abnormalities and cleft lip as possibilities.

I looked at Ruby’s tik tik and IG. She said she was 20 when the baby was about six months but now it says 21 on Tik Tok. Looks like she was pregnant at 19. Only one photo I saw of her with a drink, a beer. Nothing obvious when pregnant. She talks a bit tough but her goal has always seemed to been marriage and kids.

Her Dad died recently. One of his tats appeared to say “Fuck RSAT.” A Google tells me that’s an inmate rehab program. In her story about his death, she mentioned she knew he couldn’t be around as much as he wanted, and was proud when he came home and straightened up, etc. So maybe this strong desire for kids and family at an early age was because daddy wasn’t there. Anyway, considering her desire for a child ASAP, and the lack of alcohol in the backgrounds of her photos, plus seeming to be a good mother who believes in prenatal care and vaccinations, I’m going to guess her child was born with one of the hundreds of thousands of birth defects that are not FAS.
