Turns out this is just a live action re-enactment of an Ace Attorney trial and Rosenbaum/Binger will have an anime breakdown.
Binger is unironically like the corrupt prosecutors in Ace Attorney games.
I seriously think now he would manipulate someone he perceived as slow to gain leverage over someone else just so they can go accuse Kyle of pointing a gun first live in trial when called, completely shredding Kyle's initial self defense claim and do it just because Binger wants to join the political class.

HillReporter Journalist Jokes About Kyle Rittenhouse Being Raped In Prison.jpg

Kikes are so brazen now.

I've heard first-hand accounts of soldiers looking down to their feet after a firefight and seeing empty magazines everywhere, but swearing that they don't remember reloading at all.
Yeah I heard some funny stories back about soldiers in Vietnam about a guy who won a purple heart while tripping balls deep on LSD. But when you have adrenaline pumping in you especially in a shit hits the fan situation you would be surprised. A bit off topic but Old dirty bastard of Wu Tang Clan (before he died of an overdose) lifted a car to save a kids life back in like 2003/2004. You would be surprised how people react in that scenario.

I am new to the AR game but when is pulling the charging handle known as racking.

And the second thing is that, well in my case, when I put a magazine into an unloaded AR.

I just push the button on the side to close the bolt.

Though my understanding is that Kyle already had loaded the rifle and Defense made the point if Kyle pulled the charging handle back, there should have been a live round at the scene.
Charging the gun is key because the prosecution has to argue Grosskreutz pulling his gun on Kyle was self defense for him. He testified he only pulled his gun after Kyle primed his rifle to fire at him.

This was a critical error though. The best analogy I have is from legally blond where the hot chick nails the male prosecutor over his knowlege of perms. In this case though it's over a pair of soy boys over their knowlege of Armalite Rifles.

Armalite Rifles have the firing mechanism attached to a pull device. The titular "racking". (This is not the term). It's called the charging handle. The charging handle controls the position of the firing mechanism in the arming chamber.

An Armalite Rifle is loaded in two ways. The charging handle is pulled to the back, removing the firing mechanism and leaving the arming chamber open. The magazine is then inserted. The charging handle is then released slamming the firing mechanism foreword. This chambers the round and the weapon is ready to fire. After this the action of firing will reload more rounds from the magazine without further action.

This is what is key when Kyle told the prosecution the AR already had a round chambered. He did not need to do anything else to fire the gun that night.

This contradicts Grosskreutz' self defense claim. Because he claimed he only pulled his gun after Kyle pulled the Charging Handle on his AR. In soy speak, he "racked" the gun.

The prosecution wanted to imply to the jury that this was just like cocking a colt revolver. A necessary action to prime the weapon for action. But this is NOT how Armalite Rifles work. An Armalite Rifle is ready to go the moment a round is chambered. No further action is needed.

The only time a charging handle needs to be engaged is if a new Magazine is being reloaded...which Grosskreautz never testified Kyle did, or if there is a malfunction in the chamber.

Since Kyle was NOT reloading, the only reason for him to engage the charging handle was to correct a firing malfunction. And if he did that, part of the function of pulling the charging handle would be to disengage the firing mechanism and expel the bad round to the ground, before reloading a new round from the magazine.

This goes to the heart of Grosskreautzs' self defense claim. If there is no live round, Kyle never engaged the charging handle. Which means not only is he lying about Kyle, but when he pulled his gun he was the aggressor, not Kyle.

To expand upon Hollywood being one of the prime sources of misinformation about guns.

I get newsletters from Springfield Armory once in a while and they had an article dedicated to how guns are misrepresented by Hollywood.

One of the big ones mentioned was some villain or hero loading the magazine into a gun read to fire and then pull back the charging handle on a rifle or racking a shotgun or pistol even though they already released the safety or closed the bolt. The round has already been chambered but the kikes need to make the hero or villain look badass, so they always make them do that action when in reality, it just wastes a round.

And we got thousands of morons and soycucks throughout the land who believe that is how guns work and Call of Duty is too toxic for them even looking at much how watered down COD is these days.

MOTHERFUCKERS I WANT THE REFUND ON MY NEG REACTIONS!!
WHEN I SUGGESTED THAT ALL THE ROOMMATE OF GROSSKREUTZ HAD TO DO WAS CLAIM HE HAD BEEN LYING, YOU FАGGOTS STARTED SWARMING LIKE HYENAS. GUESS WHAT, HE JUST DID THAT...
WATCHING REKIETA SPOUT IS GIVING YOU IMPRESSIONABLE DUMBFUCKS A BRAIN ROT. ACCEPT THAT YOU FАGGOTS KNOW JACKSHIT

another truth bomb. it was never close to a mistrial. even if binger starts flinging his literal shit, the mistrial is off the table because the judge knows it would reflect back on him and his perceived integrity. he desperately wants to share the burden of the verdict with the jury

The defense is apparently going to be calling one of the cops from earlier to testify on the whole charging the gun issue, so it'll be resolved tomorrow for better or worse.

The spent case on a failure to eject would likely have visible damage. Certainly something a crime lab could pick up.
Yeah, That and the FTE rate for an AR-15 shooting standard 5.56 is stupidly low, plus there is no video evidence of it. It's just some bullshit Grosskreutz made up to justify pulling his gun and pointing it at Kyle.

This is all correct, but I think they're claiming a "ghost" failure to eject that somehow wasn't captured on any of the video streams, and Rittenhouse cleared the malfunction while lying on the ground, dazed after being struck in the head, in record time. They are bringing in a firearms witness later who should be able to shred this narrative no problem, since there is a complete absence of expected forensic evidence (damaged casing, ejected live round, etc) for a malfunction.

Well said

That pissed me off so bad.

If you use hollowpoints, you're a cop killer. If you use FMJ, you don't care about overpenetration. If you use frangible ammo, you weren't in serious enough danger to use "real" bullets.

There's no winning.
What’s funny is the ammo he used is designed to be frangible, him saying it’s just what he found is a great move if it matters
