I was just thinking back to earlier this year when they were trying to have his bond conditions changed because he was drinking in a bar with his mother (legal in WI). I came across a copy of the motion that Zapf/Binger filed with the court back in January on the WPR website:

Just take a look at who they cite in the footnotes. SPLC, ADL, Vox, etc...

The Republicans are closer to classical liberalism than the Democrat party in 2021 by a long shot.

I have no particular love for the GOP, but that's just an obvious truth.
I mean there has been a paradigm shift that really began in the early Obama/late bush years.
Ultimately, it's what I would call the American Spirit: self-reliance, the opportunity to choose your own course in life, and the diffusion of power. The Democratic party has spent the last 70+ years riding on the claim that they are the true inheritors to that legacy, but that narrative has been slowly falling the fuck apart since its inception, and appears to have hit a critical mass in the last decade.
Yeah Democrats went from the party of liberalism to becoming the party of Nanny state progressivism. It started in the 80s and 90s in earnest
Absolutely. The Republican party may be only giving lip service to the tenets of liberty at this point, but the Democratic party has gone full European-style soft-authoritarian nanny-statism.
The way the DNC is going with the nanny state style laws they will only make things worse.

The Deep State is a baseless conspiracy theory ™️ , bigot.

Woodrow Wilson, FDR and JFK were huge anglophiles and many young Democrats are huge anglophiles and western europhiles.

Whenever a royal wedding happens, these fags are the ones most interested in it.

Only thing that is keeping the GOP in power is the 1st and 2nd amendments though, without it, we are fucked.

The GOP is full of cucks and pussies but if they get Lincoln 2.0, they might save America again and Trump was close enough to unpozzing America.

Like I said over in the Virginia thread, the Republican establishment has no ideological motive, they defend the status quo for the reason that it is the status quo. It ultimately bottlenecks people like Trump that actually want to move in a direction, leaving the Democrats as the only body capable of driving the State. There's a severe disconnect between the halls of power and the ground level, and that needs to be resolved if red-blooded Americans want to keep winning long-term.
Most of them go the same halls of power and educational institutions that liberals went to, and still stuck in that boomer mindset from the Reagan era.

Friendly reminder that the State Patrol closed all of the exits off the I-94 into Kenosha that night because of the massive stream of Chicagoans streaming in to trash the place.

They also closed the Kenosha Metra station. It's weird to think that if you just wanted to take some disadvantaged kids from Chicago up to see the exhibits at the Dinosaur Museum, you'd be out of luck. Must have been covid-related.

I still hope some cosmic justice finds it way to "Jump Kick Man". For all we know he is already dead from TNB.

I think everyone needs to refresh themselves as to what happened with Sandmann's case. His lawsuit win was a complete fluke. Reminder that he had his lawsuits dismissed until a judge for whatever reason changed his mind and threw Nick a bone. When one of the papers was going into the deposition phase they then immediately folded and settled out of court. Other rags followed soon after.

If Sandmann didn't have a libel case then there's no way Rittenhouse does unfortunately. In a just world he should but we don't live in one.
I've been willing to chalk that up to Lin Wood being Sandmann's attorney. He almost screwed Kyle too with his shenanigans. Who knows what people could accomplish with better reps?

I actually would love to have sons that fight for their people, their community and stand up to degenerate sub human filth. Kyle may have not been doing that consciously(he clearly didn’t come to Kenosha to kill anyone), but he did.
He's a stupid teenager, he's not Audie Murphy.

what is the judge gonna do if the expert witness confirms Binger was lying out his ass on the picture zoom ins?
Defense has been studiously avoiding every single thing pross has said unless it fucks with their case. They already introduced doubt via technology there, and Binger is on his last strike. Binger is currently in some Pleasant Prairie bar using alcohol to kill the brain cells that ever thought that "I was on the shitter and zoomed in on my phone" was good for his case.

I'm rewatching a little bit of todays trial (mostly to see Binger get bodyslammed by cookie judge), and I saw this part.

Whereas Binger tried to slide in some prejudicial evidence that would hurt Kyle, when the prosecution was doing the same to Rosenbaum (which could've helped Kyle), Hard R politely warned them. As a surprise to no one, the defense is playing a clean game, the state is not.
