I haven’t caught up to the thread from last night but here is the Legal Insurrection recap (sorry if already posted)

Been really engrossed in this case. Can't help but speculate how I could've answered the questions Binger subjected Kyle to, if he could've done it better.
For one, when Binger was stressing the point that Kyle's attackers weren't armed, it would be worth saying that "You don't need weapons to hurt or kill someone"
And then the cunt Binger would've probably asked "What do you think they could've done with just their bare hands?" or something of sorts. "Choke me, kick me to death, split my skull, cripple me for life or kill me - I wasn't about to wait to find out which one it was going to be"
I guess in the end not being confrontational could be beneficial to his image. That Binger is such a cunt.

As a side note, "It's just a property" is a sentence only uttered by people who had everything handed to them and haven't worked a day in their life.
Shouldn't the expert on self defense the defense hired for that be the one to answer those questions? He can go in lengths what a blunt object to the back of the cranium can do to motor functions, what being dropkicked into the asphalt can break, etc.

And as he's an expert with numerous case appearances, his words would have more weight than Kyle.

Certainly. And despite being obvious to a layman, jury might want to hear that.
Also, the fact that after being hit in the head multiple times that night he was dizzy the following day and vomited for up to a month. Obviously it's anxiety, but I wonder if he got concussion as well. They would've examined him, right?

Urge to simp rising...!

DeSantis/Gabbard 2024 anyone?

Cops are really fucking stupid. Chauvin didn't kill him, but kneeling on him forever while people are screaming he's dying and his own fellow police are questioning it are hallmarks of a goddamn exceptional individual, especially since it turned out he was dirty. It's like a nig with an arrest warrant racing through neighborhoods with his radio blasting. What did you think was going to happen, nigga?
Many jurisdictions literally require candidates to flunk (score below a certain score on) an intelligence test before being admitted to police academy. They believe that intelligent people do not make good cops. I'm not making this up. In fact, a smart guy once sued for discrimination because he was denied a spot for scoring too high and his case went all the way to the Supreme Court--which dismissed his case, on the grounds that "smart guys" are not a "protected class."

Police by and large are dumb violent soulless animals just like BLMs and antifers. Two sides of the same low-IQ thug coin.

And oh yeah--I'm all over the DiSantis/Gabbard ticket. Would be such a nice change to have Smart & Hot not Dumb & Dumber.

One point I hope the defense makes is how the amount of ambient light would affect the exposure time of a camera. Footage taken at night, when there is much less ambient light, requires longer exposure times. When you have an object in frame that's moving, that will result in the image being much blurrier than normal.
Most video cameras crank the ISO (essentially gain when you're talking about digital cameras) in low light leading to grainier, artifacted footage.
Video cameras like the exposure to be half of the framerate to avoid choppiness in the image. I doubt anyone was using a camera with enough high end settings to break this rule.

Twitter is jailing people for meming on twitter by the way. Apparently asking if he can be tarred and feathered for his transgressions gets you a time out.

In any case. how many times today do you thing Binger will suggest that you are not allowed to use self defense until the antifa fuckhead actually empties his magazine into your head because pointing a weapon at an attacker puts them in grave danger of bodily harm.

Is the grave harm in this situation as grave as Binger's constitutional violation yesterday?
He should be deported to some third world shithole, preferably one on another planet.

Smart people are the smallest minority there is. Arguably by definition. But that aside, are they right? Do very smart people make bad cops? And if so, why? Does it interfere with following orders? Does greater awareness of consequences lead to greater hesitation and inaction? Or is it simply that a smart person inevitably ends up resenting having to take orders from someone less smart? Of course they couldn't put that last one in words.

Spot the reference.

Police I've known have been mostly alright, one a really good bloke. It's when they get used for political purposes things get bad.

It would be seven kinds of hilarious to see an non-establishment Rebpublican and a non-establishment Democrat go up against the actual establishment. But would that even be possible?

So the case seems like it's winding down at this point and I think there are some lessons to learn from this irrespective of the verdict.
  • Avoid any riots or protests if possible.
  • If you do go to them then don't go with your face exposed.
  • Never go anywhere alone during a riot.
  • Don't protect anyone else's property during a riot. You might think your helping your community but that's what insurance is for and that same community might fuck you over in court.
  • Know the law and insure that you are following it to the best of your ability and within reason.
  • Never do any interviews with anyone under any circumstances both during and after the fact. In fact avoid anyone with a camera.
  • Slings are more important than a optic or free float rail.
  • 5.56mm (or 5.45mm for that matter)is an amazing round fuck what boomers say.
  • Shooting podophiles is based and redpilled.
  • You're well within your right to open carry (providing it's legal) but it's probably not a good idea.
  • AR-15's are fantastic but be prepared for some faggot prosecutor to constantly bring up how you own an evil black salt rifle capable of killing 30 people in under a second from it's clipazine full of hollow point FMJ baby killer RIP ammo just like in the video games. And don't be shocked when some soyboy or fat karen finds you guilty on that alone. Sometimes good old fashioned wood and steel is all you need.
  • Don't try and help rioters. If they get hurt while rioting then fuck them, they shouldn't be trying to destroy you're town.
  • Don't take the stand if you don't need to. If you want to have your say then do it after the case.
I hope he walks, it's such an obvious case of self-defence with so much video evidence to prove it that I'm shocked that the state is even trying to prosecute it. That doesn't mean Rittenhouse should win any prizes for being a retard, but I think this trial is punishment enough. If he is found guilty and the jury sides with the people who tried to destroy their community, then that state can go and fuck it's self.
