I feel like most people would be exhausted and just want to chill out for the weekend.
Agreed. They're listening to this shit for 6+ hours a day, I'd think the last thing they want to do is hear more of it.

This is actually a really good illustration of how a few interpolated pixels can make a significant difference. They should try to get the picture excluded based on this. And there's now way they didnt cherry pick this frame intentionally.

It seemed like a shadow or reflection to me as well. How can they possibly introduce it as showing something without being cross examined on that? It doesn’t even show anything, the judge couldn’t see it in like 15-20 minutes and probably let it in to avoid the shit storm he would get if he hadn’t knowing it looks ridiculous. I hope they show the picture on MSNBC as a “see here’s our smoking gun!”

Nah, bro - just go read a mainstream media article for a totally fair and balanced summary of the case.
This post made me go look at some of the MSM reporting on the case and god, what little faith I had in the media left in me was stamped out.

Kyle's what's wrong with America? Not the pedo or wifebeater or thief he shot? Not the obviously politically-motivated ADA using every slimy tactic in the book against him during the trial? What a joke.

How is this allowed to submitted into evidence? It shows literally nothing you can discern, you project whatever bias you have on to it. How can someone testify to this showing anything? If I was on the jury I’d be so offended by them trying to show me this I’d acquit even if they were totally guilty.

I'm of the opinion that if I'm ever on a jury I'll hide my powerlevel (short of lying) and always ALWAYS aquit.
The reason the green line is shifted is probably from the "frame averaging." It's used when doing stuff like taking pictures of planets through a telescope. Problem is, when a planet is viewed through a telescope, it's static. Kyle was moving in this picture so there's no reason it would make it clearer.

Its like trying to get a clearer shot of a person running by increasing the exposure time on a camera.
Frame averaging wasn't discussed until he was actually on the stand in front of jury. I'm of the opinion it was intentionally omitted during the hearing to get him in.
I started yelling at my computer when he said it. They're literally applying filters until it shows what they want, and not even doing that right.

Seriously though, Google is killing their vaunted high-quality search results by skewing them toward pozzed sites so blatantly.

It's gotten significantly worse just in the last year.
I've started unironically using Bing and gotten better results. It's not even just that Google is more woke now, it's actively getting shittier in general.

Someone should send it to the defense and hopefully add to their motion for mistrial with prejudice because this evidence was introduced in bad fucking faith.
The defense did not object when pros ultimately moved to have it admitted after cross-examination. So I don't think that will work, even though I agree this is malicious prosecution of the worst kind.

I wonder if someone in the prosecutors office blew the whistle very quietly to the defense that this was going to go down. All these highly technical arguments over "interpolation" and enhancement algorithms really came out of left field. These images are from the videos that Glow in the Dark that magically showed up the week of the trial.

The defense really went in on hard on it too. They got the FBI glowie disqualified out the gate and had doctor Black ready to go.

They were actively arguing it, I'm not sure objection was appropriate. They did object several times to the admission of the evidence, which is good enough to have it thrown out if the appeals court isn't fucked. Which it might be.

Well pretending not to be authoritarian is their current M.O., why not just stay the course and keep using the agitators to push for the stuff they want to implement?
The problem is that the agitators plan to become the political class when the revolution comes, so they have to be eliminated before they realize they're merely useful idiots for the people who will really wield power.

Typical thinking of urbanized degenerates. A lot of times its harder to form a true personal connection in a city. This is not to say they don't know the local bartender or barista but a lot of times its just a face.

A Starbucks is JUST another store. They have probably have three within walking distances.

No sense of community. No sense of loss.

Honestly, I find that view disgusting.

Here is a small town coffee shop by a range I compete at in Idaho. When they had BLM Protests in a small cities both North and South of it they have armed people on the road that leads into town off the highway. They had people sitting outside with sidearms. That coffee shop in town is their only one. Its basically a de facto community center and when even the remotest possibility of threat came to the town they were a community.

It's not just that they lack a concept of community. It's that they lack a concept of ownership.

When people like this say "it's just property", it's because they're operating with a different definition of property. To them, property simply means "a physical object", not "something I own". Because to them, it isn't. They don't own anything more significant than Funko Pops.

They get their iPhones on contract and expect to throw them away every year. They've never built or repaired a computer. They get their food from DoorDash rather than growing it or even cooking it. They get their transportation from Uber, or maybe a leased hybrid. Not a car they actually have to repair themselves or even simply invest money in. If they stop paying for Netflix the movies go away. Sometimes they just disappear due to copyright disputes or whatever. They accept this and consider it normal.

They hop jobs at the drop of a hat with no long term investment in their companies. At best it's a paycheck, at worst it's a political platform they can hijack, burn out, and move on to the next one. They don't know what it's like for a business to be your entire life, for your family to depend on its success.

Concerning less material things... they don't have families either. Stable relationships are oppressive. A lot of times they don't even have friends, only "allies". Allies are just people who happen to agree with you on that particular day. They'll never help you move a couch, much less a corpse.

They barely even know what it's like to BUY something significant with the fruits of your labor, much less build it with your own two hands, sometimes over the course of years. To be invested in its success. To be able to look at a great (or even small) thing that you created and say "That's mine. I did that."

They own nothing, and they are "happy".

I don't like all this fixation on appeals. Getting a guilty verdict vacated in appeals would take years, and the burden of proof is a bitch.

Do everything to get Kyle to walk now.
