Apparently in California's jails and the state prison system you can self identify your own race when you get arrested. Because Cali is 39% Hispanic and they often say they are white I wonder how many other fellow "whites" are in the system skewing the numbers. What's the point of even having race as a category if it's meaningless?

The last photo of him that I saw on his twitter was himself walking around holding a railroad spike. Im guessing it involved a drug fueled homeless person fight or he just randomly attacked someone while he was on drugs. This is just speculation though considering his case didnt have any details online that I could find.
