Interesting. OMM did tip and Phil read it at the end of the break. So we've bumped it back to the old pattern where we pretended they came in over the break.
Curiously, he didn't take Swagneto off the board despite his $20 tip being lower than the $25 from OMM.
It's a sure sign of transparency when basic features (like the highest tip being on the leaderboard) all of a sudden have mystery criteria and exceptions.
EDIT: Phil just said that CM Punk has 'popularized' the song 'Cult of Personality' by Living Color.
It wasn't popular back when it was first in GTA:SA, but Phil's idol, CM Punk made it cool.
Why does he think it was included in GTA:SA's soundtrack, exactly...?
And why does he think CM Punk has enough draw outside of wrasslin' fans to make a song popular?
The answer is that Phil is using himself as 'everyone' again. Phil liked the song after CM Punk used it, therefore we all must have.
