How is this allowed to submitted into evidence? It shows literally nothing you can discern, you project whatever bias you have on to it. How can someone testify to this showing anything? If I was on the jury I’d be so offended by them trying to show me this I’d acquit even if they were totally guilty.

Is Kyle right or left handed?

For the above photo to be correct, Kyle would have had to be left handed given the grip if he was aiming.

We have a new website from KoAA (autistic photographer)!

This is part of why they snuck it it on rebuttal without testifying to what it shows. No chance to refute

It seems that people are committed on working themselves and others up for maximum out rage when he gets let off the more serious charges.
The system on social media is built upon this idea: draw people in and keep them on platform as much as you can.
More outrage means you want to come back to the platform to keep up to date with whatever you're outraged about and hear others regurgitate your opinions back at you. You coming back to the platform means more ads get served to you. More ads means more money for the platform.

It's scummy as fuck, but they've got to keep a userbase somehow.

I personally view their “it’s just property” take as an active invitation to vandalize their possessions, car, and home. Steal their Funko Pops, Nintendo Switch, and soymilk…And when they complain on Twitter everyone can respond with “it’s just property.”
The people who say that can't understand the intrinsic relationship between property and livelihood.

To them property is just that, Funko Pops, Capeshit, Consoomphones and overly expensive brunch snacks. Its just temporary bursts of serotonin bought with magic paper. They cannot understand that some people literally depend on their property to make a living for themselves.

I can't get over the striking resemblance to Alfred Hitchcock.

Go back to bed America, you are free to do what we tell you!

Eh, buddy, my daddy died for that flag!

That's funny, mine bought his from China!

Well that jury heard 4 days of shit and to think a couple of pixels means that slimeball binger wins if they declare Kyle to be guilty because of a few pixels.

Kyle going to jail means worse consequences than walking free.

Him walking free means the system is salvagable.

Him going to prison means the system is fully broken and not even the decorum obsessed cuckservatives can save you now or themselves.

Audie Murphy was literally a stupid teenager before circumstance showed him to be capable of heroism.
Audie Murphy served in World War Two. Rittenhouse decided to play vigilante for shits and giggles. It's not the same.

The rioters shouldn't have been there either, but even the most ardent leftists aren't lionizing them the way you guys are worshipping Rittenhouse.

Judge wanted a time limit on closing arguments if one could be agreed upon, suggesting 90min each. Binger said he'd need at least 2 hours just for closing and undetermined for rebuttal. Jury won't be back till Monday, using tomorrow for bench shit.
Don't quote me on this, but I think I heard that the jury won't have access to video evidence once sequestered for deliberations. That would explain the requests for seemingly ridiculous close times. It's the last time the jury can be shown the most convincing evidence in the case, and both sides want to be sure they can get it all in.

Again, I really think that the defense should argue very strongly against any mention of provocation in the closing. A lot hinges on their motions tomorrow, and their closing. They really need to have a perfect closing that is punchy, memorable and smooth. I cannot have Richards fuck it up, so I think 47 should give it, and they need to hammer home that all these events happened in three minutes. In three minutes Kyle had to defend himself from no less than four attempts on his life, and he only survived thanks to the grace of God more or less. They need to really drive that point home - I'm so pissed that they didn't use Dr. Black to really bring that to bear, I fucking hate Richards for the shit way he's presented information.

It's a little bit sad you lads had so little faith in the justice system. Government and society may be a bit flaky but the courts are still somewhat a professional arena.

Been following this thread for a while and decided to join up, partly also since I'm doing a project on something juicy that might interest you.

Anyway cheers for all the updates and meme's. Fucking great stuff.
Good to see the kid's gonna be alright.

On the Reddit libs and the other hypocrites who call for his death or lifetime imprisonment, has there been any comment on the fact that the main complaint is "illegally carrying arms" or what ever in relation to the rioter Rittenhouse shot was doing the same?

How are they coping with this dichotomy?

More importantly Murphy killed Germans, Rittenhouse shot the commie pedophiles you're so fond of.

Provably untrue, you merely need to read the thread.

Though obviously you're baiting, so I suppose you've won by extracting a response.
