Now I'm torn, I want Ralph to bear the financial burden of child support and have his life ruined by it but it would be so funny if the DNA test confirms he's not the father. He'd never live down the cuckening and Ralph himself would start doubting if the 2nd iteration of the demon baby coming soon is actually his as well.

If paternity isn't obtained at the very least get a family medical history for the Ralph clan. Being able to confirm or rule out illness from hereditary causes is very important when it comes to getting a quick diagnosis. Doctor won't care for the drama so all that is needed is to say this is the family history of the suspected father.
