What really chafes my ass is that if Kyle had managed to somehow stay composed, they would've taken it as proof that he's a heartless monster who doesn't regret his cold blooded murder spree.
There's absolutely no winning with these people
Hes fake crying, my friend's friend has PTSD so I'm pretty much a expert. He's doing it for sympathy
Oh, he isn't crying? Obviously he's a heartless sociopath who enjoyed killing innocent people
There's no reaction these people would have accepted

Where are you getting five months? From what I had read it was ten years (with an extra two and a half from shit that happened while in jail), which still isn't enough for raping five boys but is definitely better than five months.
You might be right.
The 11 charges were amended in a plea deal, and Rosenbaum was convicted of amended counts. According to online court records, Rosenbaum was sentenced to 10 years on Dec. 12, 2002 for sexual contact of a minor, and then sentenced to 2 years, 6 months for sexual contact of a minor related to the same 2002 incident.

whats the bets on happening
10 to 1 riot
5 to 1 a picket protest monday /tuesday
Is the Aubrery case where the term ‘jogger’ came from? I was avoiding most of the internet at that time due to extreme Trump spergery.

God I'm so sick of people bringing up the size of the gun. Having a rifle should make him MORE innocent, the reason being that it's out in the open where everyone can see it, thus a. deterring attackers and b. so anyone who is exceptional enough to attack him knows what they're getting into. Getting into an altercation then pulling out your hidden pistol would actually make him worse than him walking around with a rifle. If you charge at someone with a rifle who is otherwise not threatening to shoot you, you are a giga tard and fully deserve to be shot

Yes. And apparently even before the case, convenience store workers referred to him as the "jogger." Because he would jog, stop and stretch in front of the store, then dart in and out with stolen goods.

I'm getting less optimistic by the day. He'll walk, most likely, but will there really be riots?

Burn, loot and murder is already underwater in terms of "popularity", but people will still defend their right to a peaceful protest riot because these poor, poor oppressed victims.

America is boned.
They said the same thing about Darren Wilson and nothing happened.

Unless the DNC is actively funding and organizing the chimpouts nothing is going to happen, the media won't even cover them.

It's not an election year, and nobody has any appetite for another chimpout.

And like @WTFisgoingon said, if he had a handgun, they'd be wailing and gnashing their teeth about that, too. With SJWs, it is always "damned if you do, damned if you don't".

I've been seeing memes all over social media mocking Kyle for crying and I didn't know why it bothered me since everyone here in the farms likes to take a piss out of everyone.

Then I figured that it's because of the hypocrisy. Even though farmers love to mock people, (I assume) people here don't usually pretend to be some holier-than-thou authority that champions inclusivity and tolerance for everyone.

I like how he reduced his understanding of Kyle to wanting to be like Batman.
Last time I saw a display like that, was from a bully probably in the 4th grade; and I remember it was juvenile even then.
I'm still totally on the side that thinks Kyle will get hit with all charges just because jurors are idiots, but man, I'm really wishing he gets out of this alright. I want to see jerks like this and the MSM scum cope and seethe for the next few months.
Except the jurors have been sitting in the courtroom for weeks; it'd take a supreme amount of willful ignorance (and/or prejudice) for a juror to maintain those conclusions. And in a place like Kenosha, it would be highly unlikely for the entire jury to do so, but in a pozzed place like California or New England the chances of that happening would be entirely possible.

I watched the same things be said about the Chauvin trial and the 2020 election.
I dont really remember the same awakening around the Chauvin trial. The video in that trial for whatever else St. Floyd did just made Chauvin look worse as the trial went on whereas the opposite has been true with Kyle. The more video that came out the better he has looked and now you have Bernie Bros and Redditors questioning the narrative so hard they are shutting it down on a mass scale.

Federal, state, and local authorities around the country had been abandoning their duty to the public all summer and letting these rioters destroy the country on completely bullshit pretenses. Then Kyle comes along and tries to protect his community after the authorities abdicated their responsibility, ends up being forced to shoot three people in obvious self-defense, and is now being politically tried for trying to be an upstanding citizen. I genuinely feel for the kid. That's why it pisses me off to see people with huge platforms calling Kyle a 'faker' over this shit. And to see shit like the Merriam Webster Dictionary twitter tweet out 'crocodile tears' as their word of the day as an obvious jab at Kyle, and all the people cheering them on in the comments, just reinforces how deranged so many people in society have become. I just can't stand living in the same country as these people.

likely he looked at it and decided that it wouldnt amount to anything. also if he disallowed such a piece of evidence in this case it could be used as precedent in other cases.
I agree that it's literally nothing, but that's not how precedence works. The denial would have to be upheld after being appealed. The same works for letting it in. It's GOING to be appealed if Kyle loses, and if they uphold it after hearing it, it's precedent in the area.
If it's 4D chess the judge is manufacturing appeal points. I doubt that but still am baffled about its inclusion. The judge was clearly disfavorable of it and the expert.
