I hope they've got security cameras or ring doorbell or something. I know if I hired someone to come into my house to watch my dogs, I'm keeping an eye on them.

I don't think that her chest is infected ... yet. She is picking at her skin. That's what cystic acne looks like when you constantly pick at it. It scabs over and is an angry red around the edges. That can lead to an infection if you aren't careful (like if you are picking when your hands are dirty after cleaning out a rat cage or touching a troon). It is especially dangerous if it is on your face. Don't know how bad it would be on your chest. I knew a autist who used to pick his acne like that and ended up with a massive infection which they were worried would move into his sinus cavity or something.

It's definitely that yeah, I posted about it earlier in the thread. You just don't get skin infections or cellulitis in that size and pattern. Neurotic excoriation is what its called. It does look better than it did a few photos ago but it doesn't have to be flesh eating bacteria to cause sepsis or necrosis and common staphylococcus skin infections may kill you if left untreated. It probably started as acne that she either compulsively picked or picked on purpose and now it looks infected.

And is she saying that she’s getting paid $35 (or $28?) a day to watch these dogs? That seems…ridiculously low if they do expect you to be there all day/overnight. Imagine trusting an app to find you an appropriate person to be in your house alone with your dogs and this scabby weirdo shows up.
