Nady is not like the other girls and she is going to make sure the world knows it in a way that is very safe for her ego and reinforces her worldview. She's a narc coward who needs to grow the fuck up. Cutting off her tits is less risky than just living as a regular white bitch because of the image she's built up for herself. People change after college. It can be an extremely influential stage in your development of self, but it's not some kinda ride or die shit.

Possibility that her parents were always just...irritated with her and put off by her. Some people would argue against such a notion, but it really is possible for a parent or both to not only find their own child irritating, but off putting as well. Looks, voice, personality, mannerisms. Both irritating, grating, and just off putting in general.

And there's where you might see an apathetic pair of parents. Because it is also possible for parents to hate/can't stand their kid, but are also very much against (or don't have it in them) to be violent towards them in any way. So they just...do the barest bare bones minimum and pray for 18 or college to get rid of them.

If Nat is an annoying goblin, it's also their fault. If your kid has a behaviour you don't like or your disapprove, then you can also do something about it.

Instead, the reason Naty turned out this way is because her parents probably let tv and the internet raised her and she learned all her mannerism from strangers.
