It's -Wisconsin-. Literally a third of the entire state owns a firearm. If you exclude Milwaukee and Madison, that bumps up to just about fourty percent.

Correction: My numbers were a bit of date, it's 45%, nearly 50 dropping those two cities.
What's gun ownership like in Kenosha county at large?

Does anyone know how the case came to be under Judge Schroeder? Is it a random drawing? Was it assigned to him because they needed to look like they were trying the case but wanted it assigned to a judge that would be sympathetic?

While I feel he has been fair, he is obviously partial to the defense. But since he has backed up all of his decisions by citing prior decisions, I think it's fine.
He should be somewhat partial to the defense, if you can call it that. Burden of proof is on Prosecution, and the underhandedness of Binger and company has warranted the judge's behavior.

MSNBC is intentionally doing this and they finally deleted the tweet.

It's an issue at trial if there are any dumb liberal commies on the jury who'll buy the story.
My point is that it isn't an issue or charge at this trial. Sure, jurors can think whatever they want but they aren't allowed to take "crossing state lines" into consideration when deliberating, doing so is adequate grounds for a mistrial.

why is it that the doom crew seems to start to trickle in of the evening and then leave of the morning? I think he will be found not guilty on the murder/attempted murder but can see how some would be demoralized but it seems as though for most they are doom and gloom in the dark?
For me personally I think he will be found guilty. Dude is clearly innocent but I have no faith in the system. The jury will find him guilty just to appease the mob and he will be held up as an example of what happens when you try to defend yourself from commie pedophiles who come to burn your city and rape your kids. The system is beyond fucked, the world is fucked, we're all fucked.

The Wisconsin Legislature is a majority republican as is the State Supreme Court. I would bet if a republican becomes governor next year that they will pardon any gun charge rittenhouse got.

Democrats wearing red don't care about you any more than the ones wearing blue.

They're pussies. Malignant pussies, but pussies nevertheless.
ANTIFA is not retarded enough to do this, at least the organizers. They hate a body count as it can be used to smear them and it would force them to rebrand.

These of the types of people that will keep poking you until you punch them then they cry to the teacher.

Jurors aren't "allowed" to consider all manner of things but being stupid humans, they frequently do. Like in the Casey Anthony trial (I'm operating from memory here), after the acquittal one of them said in an interview, "They didn't show us a motive." Motive should never have been a matter for them to consider in a murder trial. It's not required in the standard of proof at all. It's something people learned from cop and lawyer shows on TV. You can tell jurors they're not "allowed" to consider things right and left, you can tell them to disregard things they heard that turned out not to be admissible, but they're going to do their own thing once they're in that room.

Not entirely true. ANTIFA has been shown to be more than willing to attack people when they have a numbers advantage and their identities are concealed. They're aware the media will cover for them and the chances of getting caught is very low.
