Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

It is Photoshop Phriday…… let’s draw Richard post an hero!

Now give me my golden manbabies

t. Never was a goon, but lurked during SA’s heyday.
Man, if there was ever a time to poz the ol' negload (thanks for the word filters, btw) and make a hilarious thread...

The SA of old would have ran wild with that, but instead we get shit like this.

Lame.

I haven't gone on a vacation once in my life since I was a little kid.
The entire life of this worthless prick who blew his brains out was a vacation.

RIP but i think it's fucked up for a parent to kill themself. dick move
It's not like he was an actual father.

Christ, he seems high on opioids in this video
My wild guess is he seems that way because he actually was fucked up out of his mind on opioids and booze.

Let him be a reminder every site admin either breaks down, troons out, cucks out or outright kills himself. No site owner is immune to this inevitability.
Eric Bauman and moot made out like bandits and are now normal human beings, well, maybe they are, but we don't know otherwise.
Seeing people celebrate his death across the internet with 'Good riddance' does concern me, in regards to the message it sends to people in a similar boat

It makes me worried that the next Lowtax won't just try to take a few people with them on the way out, if they know their suicide alone will be cause for celebration
Fuck off if you think we should worship some utter piece of shit because of what some imaginary other person might do.

When I hear forum mod/admin, I always have a white dude in my head.
Kick that white dude out of your head because I hate to break it to you, but that white dude is a complete fag.

His blood is on his own hands, stop finding excuses for that worthless sack of shit. He blew his brains out as a last "fuck you" to his ex wifes and his kids. There would have been many ways to get out of his misery but that pile of KIng Size Human Shyte just was to lazy to go that way.
Anyone blaming this on his bitches is as much of a piece of shit as Low-T himself. He picked those bitches. Those bitches were his choice. And the idea he shouldn't have had to pay child support is pure buck breaking. I believe it is a tradition that Caucasian men actually support their kids and don't just pump out retards from a dozen different mothers.

You keep hinting at Richard having money. While you certainly have a lens into his life we never did, I think that he was broke as fuck. It may have appeared that he had means to people who do not, he was living the life of someone that was approaching financial ruin. I’m going with his mom paying the lawyers and a good chunk of the SA sale had been used to cover the debt hole he ran up before the sale.

The divorce was probably the only thing keeping the Missouri dept of revenue from breaking their dick off in Richard,

Now his kids get insurance and momtax’s slumlord money when she croaks. We should just set up placeholder accounts for his kids to use here in a decade or two. They can tell us all about growing up Kyanka….
I don't actually have access to any information that anyone else has access to, I am a massive sperg with a photographic memory and and itchy trigger finger on the screenshot button. However, @waffle does have access to the details in the court records and there are solid numbers of $ in those reports. Believe waffle or not, I do believe it but I don't actually know intimate details of his life that he or people that had relationships with him IRL didn't post somewhere to be read by the general public. I also didn't interact with him in PMs or on Discord or anything like that. Not offended at all by the implication, just setting that straight.

RIP, thanks to SA I discovered Cliff Jablonski, Dr. David Thorpe, Leonard J. Crabs, etc. back in the day. I had no idea SA/Lowtax had gone this far down the toilet since. For any zoomers reading along looking for an anthology, I recommend Loxtax's guide to posting on online forums, a 2000 article which unintentionally predicted much of what was to happen to the internet in the next two decades.

I'm kinda depressed that Lowtax offed himself. What a miserable end. But then I contemplate that he was due to get his daughter for Christmas and the end of the final chapter of Richard Kyanka's life would have been even more bleak. At least none of his kids were nowhere near him when he died. Definite murder-suicide vibes in that house.

As I have thought it over the last few days, I think what has me more shocked isn't the death itself but just how non-eventful it was. I always thought if Rich killed himself it would be a publicized saga for weeks until he finally did it on a livestream when he was in the midst of a full blown nuclear meltdown.

Instead it just came out of nowhere. We all knew the state of his life made it extremely possible that he was going to eventually do it. But no build up. No attention grabbing. Just one day we finally heard the news he did it.

This is why I can't feel sorry for him. He committed suicide because he realized the good times were now over, as a direct consequence of his own backfired attempts to fuck other people over.

His existence was completely parasitic. Most oldfags hate him for charging them to use his site (back when it was good) then inevitably banning them for no reason, then letting his site become ground zero for the troon cancer that took over half the internet. The troons hate him because they are cancer that hate all non-troons, but he didn't care that his site was being infested by them as long as they paid him $10. His family hate him for being abusive and wasting money, and most importantly, Uwe Boll hates him for talking shit about his fine cinema. He just made enemies out of everyone and put zero effort into his family or online community, and in fact, was actively detrimental to both of them. Uwe Boll had the right idea, and gave him a good slapping around.

The difference between the guy who commits suicide as his last act of abuse towards his ex partners and his children, and your textbook family annihilator, is quite simply whether or not the ex partners have managed to get away and keep the kids away too.

Acts of family annihilation are, in the main, committed on contact/custody time after the family unit has broken down.

He didn't neck himself because he was sad that he had driven off two families with abuse. He necked himself because the court finally ordered him to face material consequences for his actions. And he was angry but powerless, because his families are long since safely gone from him, so he did the one thing left in his power to try and hurt and punish them.

The revenge suicide isn't actually all that uncommon a phenomenon.
