Because the interruption would've made you win in the first place without needing to trust a jury?This is kind of where I've been at when people talk about the defense not doing anything. I feel like the prosecution has been doing enough damage to their own case. Why interrupt your opponent when they're making several critical errors?
How is there going to be a need for a jury if the law that was broken wasn't broken in the first place?
