Now stop using my tax money!
Don't try to blameshift. You use your own tax money sending your children and your neighbor's children to public school (DOE), driving on the roads (DOT), visiting the doctor for prescriptions (FDA), shopping at grocery stores (USDA), using the internet and TV (FCC), buying alcohol, tobacco and firearms (BATF), visiting national parks (BLM), being a citizen (DOD), by filing taxes (IRS), and by doing business in general (FTC).
If you don't like the system, write Congress, you're complaining to the wrong person.
So anyway, it's been a whole week since any legal documents have been filed. Why do we think the court is taking such a long sweet time in responding to all the loony toon filings since the case was dismissed back in August? What about the appeal that was filed without the bond?
Because the magistrate judge can no longer touch the case (and never had legal authority to do so in the first place).... and the main judge is semi-retirement. Things will be slow.
My prediction is that the district court will wait and see what the Appeals Court says about granting me a Certificate of Appeal and then it will proceed.
@TamarYaelBatYah Orthodox Jews have large families everywhere.
Why don't you learn to knit or something? Much better use of time than saying incriminating things about yourself on the internet.
Did you build your house from trees you cut down outside? I always find it so hypocritical and lousy when men tell women they should do all these old fashioned crafts and not use a dishwasher ....and then they use power tools and buy pre-made homes.
Knit? Lol. You can't hold a baby to breastfeed and knit. Then by the time you put the baby down it's time to cook, prep food for the next meal, clean, or take care of other children. Knitting, sewing, and quilting are hobbies for older ladies who have grown children. I plan to do all that in my 60s and 70s.
Making my own clothes is a waste of time and money when I can buy second hand clothes by the bagful cheaper. I can buy 50 pieces of clothes (gently used) for my children from yard sales and thrift stores for $25 or less. To buy the fabric, needles, and thread for 50 pieces would cost $70 new. It doesn't make economic sense in modern times for women to make clothes for the family by hand. Machines and factories took over that. I would make a quilt or hat for sentimental reasons, but not survival.
I do like cross stitching though for a hobby. Except when your toddler comes behind the canvas and tries to pull your thread backwards. I have a cross stitch project I've been meaning to start. I bought everything from Hobby Lobby. Winter would be a good time for that. Yeah, I think I'll start that soon.
BTW, my impression is that Orthodox Jews are mainly concentrated in New York and metropolitan DC. I just don't envision too many Orthodox on the West Coast. Not the first place I think of them.
@TamarYaelBatYah
You sure do like going around in circles. I hadn't checked in in weeks and you're still crowing about the achievement of doing something millions of women do on a daily basis.
Your idea that a woman is allowed no agency in life, that she must choose to be a broodmare, is gross as fuck. You claim a woman is lesser if she does not let a man impregnate her and raise children. They are not allowed to choose a path that fulfills them if motherhood does not. You're such a backwards sexist shithead.
Your idea that you are special because you have done a biological function is as ridiculous as someone being pleased about passing a kidney stone. Yes, motherhood is rewarding for many people. I am proud of the son I have raised. It doesn't make me special. Being able to grow a kid is a biological function. It is something that happens automatically and passively if given fertilization.
The idea of female empowerment is choice. The choice to be a mother is a choice, yes, but it is in fact the default in muh patriarchy. Women are expected to have children. Women are often disallowed or given shit for needing surgery that would make them unable to bear a child simply due to "but what if your future husband wants children?" Misogynistic people, in fact, often think the only use a woman has is to carry children.
How is your bullshit any different? How is you saying, because *you* chose motherhood, so should every single woman or she is
less of a woman not worse than people shaming you for letting a dozen guys cum in you? At least they don't tell you you aren't a real woman! How is your bullshit not worse than people narrowing down a woman's only purpose to childbearing?
Why are you so jealous of women who didn't get knocked up young and got to choose their own path?
Haha, jealous of childless women? What's there to be jealous of? A huge gapping void in their life? (Not to mention I've never been jealous of anyone in my life, I'm not wired like that). Those women that put off childbirth for vanity and money turn 40 and then go "oh fuck, I don't think I prioritized children enough and now my eggs are getting old". Yeah, like I said, nothing to be jealous of.
Yes, in Patriarchy women are expected to be breeders. With that I will agree... however, celebration of the female power to grow and birth life is not about confirming to Patriarchy. Because Patriarchy
demeans women's status
after they have given birth as "damaged goods". I haven't said anything like that. I advocate the idea that a woman is empowered by seeing birth from a position of strength and achievement, even when a man is not part of the process. You still see childbirth as something that happens TO a woman. How about adjusting your view to realize that childbirth is something a woman CHOOSES to live up to her full powerful potential?
Sorry you are out of touch with your own power as a woman, but just because you as a woman - (I'll assume you are not lying about your gender) - deem it a repetitive mere "biological function" only shows that you have internalized misogyny on yourself by absorbing patriarchal messages with demean and reduce what childbirth really is: the most powerful, miraculous and great thing anyone can ever do.
Childbirth is not a mere "biological function". It makes woman like the Creator.
Just look at your misogyny, so hypocritical: "a dozen guys cum in you". You are no advocate of gender equality.
I never said women shouldn't be able to choose. But I will also disagree that childless women are equal in stature to women that have given birth. Is a barren fruitless tree greater than a tree that grows succulent peaches? No way.
But that's not going to be a difference that we can reconcile, because unless you understand the ways of YHWH, you're going to be at odds with me on this. A childless woman in the Hebrew mindset is a disgraced one. In a Hebrew mentality what produces life and fruit is greater than what produces nothing. It's also physically impossible to be childless and not have sinned by taking birth control or having abortions. So there is no way to condone that.
And I'll challenge you likewise: you can't name a single thing a human can do as valuable, powerful and miraculous as childbirth.
By the same logic, neither can uterus bring life. Your logic is flawed. It is a two party system for a life to be born.
I never said it wasn't a 2 gender system.
I said the male's role in the process is minimal and inferior to that of a woman's role in the process. Hence, the spawn of "womb envy".
That's why you can freeze a bunch of sperm in a sperm bank but no one has successfully replicated or cloned a uterus able to birth humans. Woman's role is more complex.
I'd like to point out that one of the most beautiful trees in the world, the Wisteria, doesn't produce fruit. I'm looking forward to growing one myself.
Though I'd love to get a blue Chinese Wisteria and a pink Japanese Wisteria

Yeah, and next time you're hungry, go eat some leaves of the tree that produces no fruit.
Idiot.
@TamarYaelBatYah
Melinda, did you contribute to society today? Did you go out and get a job or maybe volunteer at the shelters that keep calling CPS on you?
You know the rules, you can't pretend to be better than someone else until you contribute to society
Poor pitiful man, all you have is a "job" and some paper currency to make you feel important; because as a man you could never do anything as great like growing and birthing human life from your body.
