Since I misposted earlier, might as well add my thoughts here. I haven't even voted, because I don't have a clue how to read the signs anymore with people. The evidence was always overwhelmingly self-defense to me. I don't understand how you can even bring a case like that, except to appease the leftist mob that bays for blood of all who oppose them. I don't know how strongly Kenosha feels about the people who destroyed the city. Most of those I know will profess to be fine with that sort of thing, although they aren't from that town, specifically. I used to believe people could be open minded, but I just don't know anymore. I don't think the truth matters compared to the agendas of the chose twelve people, so I guess we'll see.

Given that they have lesser charges, hopefully they at least don't put him away for murder.

Is Rekieta fucking sleeping or what? What time it is wherever the fuck he is? Michigan? Middle of the day there I reckon, would like to hear what options are with this new evidence in mind.
Emergency Evidentiary hearing?
Near the end of the stream one of the other guys wanted to review some part of today's proceedings and Rekieta said they'd do it "later". Possible he's going to try to pad this out over the weekend. Hopefully it's a solo stream or just has one or two other people, I don't really care for the livestream with 10 people all trying to talk over the actual court proceedings.

The "Get him get him get him, you ain't gonna do shit motherfucker" is so clear in this video too"
I'm glad they didn't get him. Seeing this and knowing what kind of pers... being Rosenbaum was, it sends shivers down my spine. Kyle would've absolutely fucking died there.
Imagine how he feels. And how he felt today watching that fucking pig claim that he was the one to initiate the attack, and his defense fail to prove the contrary despite the wealth of evidence in their favor.

If you watched the Chauvin case and its aftermath you'll notice that it was heavily women and when interviewed post conviction every single one stated they were swayed by emotional pleas rather than technical data and the law. Assume the 60% women are going to vote for conviction and the 40% of men are your randomized chance.
idk, Kyle did get pretty emotional, it might work out.

Yeah so this is clear as day, right? Kyle was trying to get away and they started chasing him. Not the other way around. He basically ran the entire perimeter of the plaza before he had no choice but to open fire.
The "Get him get him get him, you ain't gonna do shit motherfucker" is so clear in this video too"
Ah, I see where y'all are goin with this now. Thanks for elucidating.

Followed this for much of the day. I find myself in that weird space of reality above this whole situation where I'm trying to keep it as rationally as possible.

While I don't agree that a pixelated photo that the judge had to get up and squint at counts as anything resembling evidence, I can sort of understand if it's literally all the prosecution has got throughout that entire mess. I believe it's foolish for this single W to suddenly invalidate all the shit Binger and Fatty have been eating across the past week with their behavior to the Judge, the Witnesses, and before the Jury. Especially when the Jury has had to have been dismissed multiple times due to incredibly unprofessional shit that actually got Schroeder screaming at him.
The problem is the human brain CRAVES a simple solution. They don't want a mountain of evidence to pour over to prove a point. They want that one, magic, silver bullet solution that can explain everything with one motion. And people will see those idiot lawyers fighting over this blurry ass photo and subconsciously attribute more worth/importance to it by merit of how strongly they're fighting over it. Which will cause them to be like, "Oh shit, maybe this DOES show what the prosecution says it shows" despite every other bit of video evidence, testimony, and anything else showing the complete opposite.

So how exactly do instructions work? Do we essentially know what the judge is going to instruct them at this point, or is there opportunity for more curveballs?

Something pondered in my head: in all these "peaceful protests," there's criminals, thugs, shysters, pedophiles and degenerates involved. You could literally pluck a random person there, chances are you'd pick one out. Why is that?

Do people find them, use them as cannon fodder? Do those people think their sins would be absolved if they participate in "the good fight?" Or is it just them popping out of the woodwork in the midst of all this chaos?

I didn't notice an archive of the video, so going to post it.

Not talking about an appeal though. If bombshell evidence in support of the defense comes out during jury deliberation, the judge can overturn a guilty verdict right there.
If Kyle's attorneys after two days of the brainstorm wont do similar demonstration on the Monday then it will be genuine malpractice

Whooo.

I meant an asshole in terms of a fucking pig who had complete disregard for the people he was supposed to police and serve and who showed utter disregard for Floyds complaints, indeed that "he cannot breath".

Floyd may have screwed himself over in life, was my point, but that cop is what brings down the credibility of an overall reasonable and functioning police force. The same way that sociopath pig who kept screaming conflicting orders at those two kids in the hotel and had "you're fucked" written on his service weapon. A triggerhappy nut.

So there's a difference. Kyle Rittenhouse was attacked by three people in short succession and had some serious trigger discipline in at least two of the cases, was a 17 year old kid and had generally good intentions going where he went.

The one you mentioned was on a powertrip that cost the life of a man. That man was not some great hero, some civil rights activist, some saint. Aman with his own faults, but a man that didn't deserve to be under such duress, while those killed by Rittenhouse certainly deserved to be shot.
I believe that we're at the same time in violent agreement on some points and that we're talking past each other on another.

I agree with everything you've said above, yet disagree with your earlier point about law system acting professionally, because it allowed to select a tainted jury which is not supposed to happen in any case, no matter how despicable the defendant is. We just might agree to disagree at this point.

I'm not going to doompill on a guilty verdict, since it's really fucking unlikely that 12 randos locked in a room are going to discuss the shitshow of the past few weeks and come to the unanimous conclusion that Kyle murdered people. Even with the stupid blob picture I can't imagine 12 people arriving unanimously that that was beyond a reasonable doubt provocation.

So I guess I'm graypilled

I hate ice cream. I hope you drop your cone on the ground and cry.

Instructions unclear, Dick lost to Garand Thumb
Looked at the comments and one just sticks in my fucking craw.

A Plebbitor quarter-assedly defending Kyle saying it's self defense. Another Fedditor saying something about the second burden being that he put himself in a dAnGeRoUs sItUaTiOn and had no business being in Kenosha at all...WTF?

My question, and it NEEDS to be spammed to hell, back and sideways to ANYBODY blaming this CHILD for ANYTHING:

Why...oh, for the love of the Almighty Christ, WHY are you not applying your own logic and standards to the two dead POS and bicepcuck?

Let's go with what you're saying. Let's just GO WITH IT.

The Pedophile, The wifebeater, and bicep cuck ALL PUT THEMSELVES WILLINGLY IN DANGER, ergo, THEY GOT SUPERHURTZ! Two died. All three had ZERO BUISNESS going to Kenosha, participating in any marches, protests, or riots, and had ZERO BUSINESS even looking at a bad crayon drawing of Kenosha--let alone being there at all...but they WERE THERE, baby. They fucked around and found out.

So...why have I not ONCE heard any BB brained takes from any leftists regarding this. I know--BB brains and bucket mouths, but I really, REALLY want their thoughts--applied EQUITABLY--(their words) to these three POS.

Whaddaya say?
Not an actual answer to your question, rather jumping on those redditors and general comments. Not trying to Doomer here, but I do think it'd be important for the thread to remember that even when Kyle is Acquitted of Murder, it won't change these people, and it won't change the world that lead to this being a problem. Convictions do nothing to stop widespread public ignorance. The people in those threads will continue to be willfully ignorant, just like the doomers will continue to doom that he's gonna be executed, because people get a reality in their head, and rather than yield that reality and be proven wrong, they'll adjust their perceptions and expectations to try and force reality into making them right. The doomers adopt a "would rather be wrong and happy" approach because being right about terrible outcomes is 'easier' psychologically. The Redditors would rather scrape surface level news enough to validate their white supremacist convictions and ignore everything else.

Ain't nothing we can do to solve a willfully ignorant people.

Emergency Evidentiary hearing?
Rackets ended the stream once it was confirmed that court was out of session. He is streaming tonight reading superchats.

Curious about the "new" video(or at least clearer video). Given that both cases have rested, and this new video hasn't been submitted at all into evidence, how can the judge include it legally in making his decision on jury instructions. Yes the defense can send it to the judge but I'm not sure how it affects the procedures already in place.

While it should be a factor in terms of justice being served, can someone explain how it actually can become a factor?
