There's a cell phone video that Posobiac posted on Twitter that shows the moment the prosecution claimed shows Kyle provoked Rosenbaum into attacking him by pointing his gun at the other couple.

The video is much closer than the drone footage, it is clearer. It DOES NOT show Kyle pointing his gun at anyone. It shows him running away and Rosenbaum starting to chase him. One could argue that Kyle could have pointed the gun at people prior to the phone panning over to capture him on camera but his body position + language doesn't look like that at all and the previous videos we've seen in court don't support that.

Whether or not this new video gets admitted or seen by the judge so the provocation instruction is not given to the jury remains to be seen and is what people who aren't doomposting are wondering about. I'm not aware of any process that allows this video to impact the trial even though I believe and want it to in the purposes of serving justice.

Just wanted to add to the video, I think I fucked up the rendering in Vegas or whatever but that's fine. I just wanted to show that Kyle's facing away from his assailant when the camera pans over and is in retreat. Not sure what happened beforehand, but just based on this clip there's nothing to suggest Kyle is provoking anything, he's trying to get out of the situation entirely.

I think it's just them popping out of the woodwork. A lot of them are the type that just enjoy violence and chaos for its own sake. I certainly doubt they're seeking absolution, most of them don't think they've done anything wrong. Also, they're usually the type to not have a job or any prior commitments that would take up their time.

Honestly Kyle's hand never changes position on his gun, and there are some frames where he's obviously holding the muzzle to the side/down (not a gun sperg idk what it's called)

I still can't get over how there was literally one guy with a gun who hurt anyone that night, after exhausting all possible options, while on the other side there was a literal mob of people ready to kill at the drop of the hat and somehow the former is the bad guy in all this.

When I saw those clips today during that embarrassment of a court proceeding what I was struck the most by was the footage showing pieces of shit ambling about bashing cars and windshields destroying property while cowards tried to second guess and lie the actions of an individual protecting his life from trash people. It was shocking to see such revolting (yet typical) behavior and think everyone of them should be the one in a courtroom on trial and not this young man. As I said before the crime here is that this situation was ever allowed to occur that would necessitate armed people to defend property from savages.

The other thing is the fags on twitter and in the media mocking Kyle and calling him a dumb kid or bafoon. This 17 year old was put into a combat situation and killed/disabled three adult men and survived it, thats pretty damned capable and heroic. All of the fags in the newsrooms would have been on the ground releasing their bowels in fear, much less even knowing how to operate a rifle in the same situation.

At this point, you have to rely on the jury not being pozzed. Most of the people getting butt hurt about this case, myself included, are doing so over procedural processes. Kyle's defense teams know the facts are on their side and it's made them lazy as fuck in the trial. I still think it's probably 70/30 that he walks, but the judge is letting a lot of shit slide while the defense sits on their hands and refuses to object to it.

The judge said he was using steel jacketed ammo today. The prosecution was telling people hollow points explode the other day. The defense has made zero effort to hire a ballistics/firearms expert to counter the prosecution's talking points. Really makes me wonder where those $2 million in donations went.

Maybe it's budgeted for the appeal, and that's why the defense is trying to lose, so they can keep the gig and justify paying themselves the donated cash.
