Don't forget your sign about the Jews, sir.
I prefer the more personal touch you get with a brick thrown through a window.

It's argument to try and other Kyle Rittenhouse and claim he is an outsider. ignoring the fact that Antioch Illinois is essentially a Suburb of Kenosha in the same way Jersey City is a suburb of New York City. The people in Jersey City have to "cross state lines" all the God damn time.

And don't get started on the complicated relationship between El Paso and Ciudad Juarez where the international border literally cuts through what is essentially a single metropolitan area.

It's a mind game. Plain and simple. They are playing to basic human psychology to categorize things. Left Wing activists have discovered something right wing activists have not. Humans don't respond to facts. They respond to stories. Narratives. Concepts. Get people into a narrative about Kyle crossing State Lines and it won't MATTER that Antioch Illinois is 15 minutes from Kenosha. Kyle's mom driving him 15 minutes to Kenosha makes him an outsider. A rioter driving an hour from Milwaukee to Kenosha? Not an outsider. Because he did not cross state lines.
He's just trying to get screens to post in the spiderman thread, since snailslime is too busy posting about {o}P II's prolasped butthole and someone else beat him to the @GooglePuppet incel/fedposts

The rifle was in fact legal for him to possess
Note that it still might get thrown out. They only argued jury instructions in public today. IDK if anything else got done, got done offscreen, or is by motions only. It doesn't seem like they talked about any motions to dismiss.

If his defense fails more, he should just scream about how he is proud to have defended his home town and how the Jury is like Judas if they sell him out for some good boy points and the warm feeling that the next pedo coming to their town will have his way with the local kids.

the verdict should be death penalty for binger for not charging looters..

Are you saying Kyle's lawyers did a bad job of defending him? Because if you are that's exceptional. None of us here are lawyers, much less trial lawyers, and no one here is a criminal defense lawyer experienced in Wisconsin. This isn't TV or a law school mock court, it's a trial in criminal court against the State, and all its resources, as the prosecuting authority. I think they did a great job under the circumstances, given it' a political case that otherwise wouldn't have been prosecuted or resulted in a fine and/or probation at worst.

Good lawyers cost money, like $500/hr, and he had two experienced and reputable criminal defense attorneys. They spent a lot of billable hours on Kyle's case. Who do you think is paying for them, and those experts? It isn't Ms. Rittenhouse, the single parent. You have to take all of that into account and I think they gave Kyle a fighting chance, which is the best he could have gotten.
Yeah.. they put the 18 year old defendant in a murder trial on the stand and it went pretty damn good. I don't know what kind of prep they did, but I'm amazed.

Am I a bad person if want Rittenhouse to be found guilty because I think it will lead to better content?
I am partial to some good milk.

But I kind of feel bad for him if that ends up being what happens. I mean there's always chance for an appeal.

Would be funniest if he was found guilty on the most milquetoast of charges but got to walk regardless. Would make literally everyone mad lmao
