I think I know why his week "started off horribly" and it's fucking pathetic. He uploaded his latest Francis video (which still hasn't hit 30K views) at the start of the week and that's what sent him into this spiral.
It also explains yesterday's tweets about fans who have abandoned him. The month-long meltdown he just had only stopped once some of his videos started getting "better views".

He was smug for awhile thinking he was going to be ok because he was the victim and the legal system would believe him (obviously he committed a serious crime). Im sure him ignoring his legal counsels advice and being a fucking emotional wreck online wasnt helping anything and now he has the harsh reality of facing a felony charge after the holidays. Hes gonna dive deep in the pill bottle and crash the seeking servers for the next few weeks.

No sir, just said “Felony” and listed off about 15 things a felon cannot do once convicted which included not voting, not owning a firearm, can’t hangout with a long time friend that’s a felon, credit score and a few other things. He seemed to be telling the truth if that means anything.

If I recall earlier Boogie did want this going to trial and I guess its biting him in the ass. Im sure he could of taken a plea but it feels like he wanted to really push he was innocent and did no wrong. However as months have passed things have started to look grim for him. He probably thought his lawyer could do magic and let him get a smack on the hand while avoiding being guilty at the same time aka having your cake and eating it too. He ignores all evidence and facts of him disproving his innocence and figures he would be ok until now. Hes gotten a nice smack of reality and im glad he got it.
As for the trial, I dont know how much hell play up his victimhood. He might try but when evidence is stacked against you and the legal teams go through a process of discovery and knowing enough about him and how they will present their case, I doubt he will have much pull at all by trial. He might wimper and cry as an automatic defense when shits going hard, but itll be too late come judgement day.
