Yeah the account doesn't have a message saying it doesn't exist. From personal experience apparently Twitter has trouble processing deactivations and reactivations, so initially after a reactivation it can say the account has 0 followers, 0 tweets, etc. I've never seen a reactivated account have nothing displayed, but I'll still check in a little bit.
