Wow, that final Macdonald tweet, just wow. I wish I could say I'm surprised, but I'm not. So basically anyone who doesn't agree with the latest progressive orthodoxy is "far right", but a self-avowed socialist is not "far left"? I am curious what is far-left, I assume Macdonald would claim AOC is "centrist".

He unironically called ClownFishTV nazis, a couple so politically mliquetoast they didn't even vote for Trump. He's an insane doofus who probalby wishes he had a time machine so he could give Karl Marx a hand job.

Also again about their encyclopedia, AniDB and MAL exist now. There are also dub related sites if you care about those kinds of credits. I don't really understand giving clicks to people that literally hate you.

That was Mike Toole, who also called Lost Pause (of all people) a Nazi, then tried to deplatform them by bitching to YouTube's Twitter account just because they didn't go along with the Vic Man Bad narrative.

With all the rape, sex trafficking, and slavery shown, it's a bit of an understatement to call this a deeply uncomfortable episode. It's to the point that, even if I watch this series again sometime down the road, I'll almost certainly skip over this one.

That said, I don't think this is a bad episode in any objective sense. Rather I think it does a great job at what it's trying to do—i.e., make you disgusted and horrified at Maha's treatment in this fantasy world.

Just from the first paragraph alone, there is already a big contradiction regarding this episode. You say it’s disgusted and horrified to the point where you’ll skip over this one, yet you still think it’s a good episode?

All from the bunch of pampered and spoiled candyassed "tasteful" anime fanwhore weeaboos whose idea of an ideal anime is that of a Studio Ghibli film or anything that they believe Hollywood will kiss their asses over.

And yet in the face of the horrors of mankind, they cower away and are merely reviled in their own selfish sense of disgust and self importance than to empathize and sympathize with the human condition in the face of misery and suffering. And with the medium that told off plenty of fuckers that animation can be as on par with live action.

Man, what a bunch of fucking posers and hardassed scumfuckers. ANN shouldn't even call themselves anime fans at this point.
