I would love to ask her what she thinks fascism actually is
Probably anything that impedes her ability to have sex with strangers, pop pills and drink box wine.

Lowtax REALLY should have transitioned.
If they don't get intimidated (I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecution has their identity and leaked it to pill to mess with them on their behalf)
The prosecution is vile and depraved, but it's not this bad. There is no reason to believe otherwise.
The problem is you're thinking the prosecution is like, their own thing. They're not. They're "activists". They probably have contact with some Antifa glow in the darks and are/will leak shit. This is how the New York Times got ahold of those Project Veritas documents, someone in the FBI is working with the amorphous "left". It's not the feds/the prosecutors/the media - it's all different heads attached to the same body, they're all the same thing. The system has made it pretty clear it NEEDS Kyle to be in prison for the rest of his life or dead and will do everything in its power to make that happen.

He's a slime scumbag that tries to bait people into saying something that he can use as a foothold to crowbar nonsense into the head of the jury. He's a prosecution attorney.
But such thug tactics? Nah. It's the exact same kind of thing Twitterfags claim when they say the judge, jury and everyone else is biased and the is just a showtrial with an acquittal set up in advance.

It's silly in both instances.
If it gets him a mistrial, it's a stunt he might pull, he near got himself a mistrial when he asked the defences last witness what he wrote on twitter. He wrote something mentioning pedo's criminal history.

What if he were to do that, not to get a guilty verdict, but to trigger a mistrial?
With all the shit the prosecution has already pulled, I'd sure hope such an egregious act would get a mistrial with prejudice. The state obviously shouldn't get another bite at the apple by using misconduct to trigger a mistrial.

But on the other hand, this judge has shown a willingness to let almost anything slide.

Wow, tells people to watch a video of her talking about it... sub only.

That was from months ago.

You'd think Bingo would be smart enough to cover his tracks if he were to pull that.

Ahh, so NOW he wants the pedo's history exposed to the jury? Worm.

Did you watch what happened with the Chauvin trial? Times have changed.

What's with 8/10 kyle haters being white chicks? seriously, they're wayy to overwhelmingly the majority I've noticed
Blacks not paying attention to this case at all because no blacks got shot/killed, as well as more women being online wrt Twitter, is my guess.

My reason for believing Kyle will be found guilty on all charges is mainly that this is a highly politized case in which even the sitting President has said that Kyle is guilty and a Nazi. Look at Kenosha, a leans blue county with a Dem mayor, and then think of what the average jury member will do (remember that most of them are white women). Will you expect all of them to defy their party and look at this case objectively?

Then there's also the threat of more riots if Kyle is found not guilty. I've heard the argument that the jury will find him innocent due to them thinking of Kyle as their own kid, but the main question for me is: are this people willing to risk yet another bout of burning and looting for this kid? Do they really want to risk that? Or will they offer Kyle as a sacrificial lamb in order to maintain peace within the city? I'm going to guess that they will do anything to avoid another confrontation.

TL,DR: The verdict hinges the jury being both principled enough to ignore politics and have the courage to stand up to powerful interests. This is why I said trusting the jury is an extremely bad idea.

Edit: fucking emojis
I thought the same thing originally, but the desperation in the prosecution's tactics and arguments lead me to believe the prosecution think they're fucked. Lawyers spend much more time in court than the rest of us. Surely they'd be better at gauging how things are going.

I don't think the riot potential is what it was last year. Even though the riots were sparked by a cop kneeling on an ugly criminal's neck they were fueled by the hatred of Trump. With him out of the Whitehouse the anger just isn't there. A guilty verdict will result in nothing more than throngs of noodle-armed antifa trannies waiving placards about white privilege.

Also worth mentioning that very few people use twitter compared to the global population, compared to even the US population, and even fewer people in that number actually use twitter. Twitter has just become a massive echo chamber for BPD wine aunts and guys who were ignored by girls all throughout highschool/college and have gotten addicted to having a girl tweet ":)" at them for defending milady's honor.

Imagine being the nine year old Rosenbaum raped and burned (there were apparently burn marks all over him after the rape) and seeing these mouth-breathers make paintings of him with flowers and go "LET'S TAKE A MOMENT TO REMEMBER THESE BRAVE HEROS, YAAAAS QUEEN"
Absolutely clownery

Pedos history is currently not allowed to be mentioned in court with jury present, Binger was being sneaky so it couldn't come across as intentional on his part. Mistrial with prejudice requires that the prosecution is purposely trying to to get a mistrial.

Let’s talk about hypocrisy.

And this is funny, because if I put the word “jail” in my Netflix search, her name, “Cyntoia Brown” doesn’t appear in the search. But let’s talk about it.

Who is she? Cyntoia Brown was a teen convicted of first degree murder. She was solicited for sex by a 43-old-man. On August 7, 2004 Nashville Police responded to a 911 call and found the body of Johnny Allen. He was lying face down in his bed. He’d been shot in the back of the head. At the time, she was staying in a nearby hotel with a man she referred to as “cut throat“. Brown had taken Allen’s wallet and some of his guns.

Let’s analyze it. She was 16 when she killed a pedophile. Nothing of value was lost that day.
Kyle Rittenhouse was 17 when he killed a pedophile. That manlet, Joseph Rosenbaum, was a registered child sex offender convinced of a sex crime involving a minor. Nothing of value was lost that day.

Because she was in Tennesee, juveniles can no longer be charged with prostitution. She was convicted of first degree murder, and celebrities, like Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and Cara Delevigne, began to defend her. (Source). Because she was a teen who killed a pedophile.
Cyntoia offered her body to a pedophile. Kyle tried to defend himself against him.

She was tried as an adult, just like Kyle. The case went viral after Rihanna posted about it on Instagram. The hashtag #FreeCyntoiaBrown has also picked up momentum on Twitter. “The system has failed”, Kim Kardashian tweeted: “it’s heart breaking to see a young girls sex trafficked then when she has the courage to fight back is jailed for life!”. That girl killed a man putting a gun in his head when he was sleeping. Kyle pulled a gun in the head of a pedophile when he tried to attack him.

Two years ago she was released. After killing a man pulling a gun in the back on his head when he was sleeping. After having consensual sex with him.

Who deserves absolution? Exactly, the boy who has no celebrity endorsement. What a clown world we live in.

She claims that she was solicited for sex, but also claimed that they never had sex, no evidence was produced to demonstrate that they did, but evidence and testimony was given that she planned to rob and murder someone, hence her bringing a gun with her, and also that after committing the cold blooded execution she tried to frame other people for the crime, etc etc. She was a junkie and a killer that pulled the race card and defamed the man she executed in cold blood. There is no parallel.
