The prosecution is vile and depraved, but it's not this bad. There is no reason to believe otherwise.I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecution has their identity and leaked it to pill to mess with them on their behalf

dunno I could definitely see Binger doing that. The prosecution is vile and depraved, but it's not this bad. There is no reason to believe such nonsense.
That X got a movie?Yeah, in the Autobiography he made that very clear. Did they even go into that part in the movie (never saw it)? Or was it just one long "By Any Means Necessary Chickens Come Home To Roost" speech? The book was quite a read, which is why most people with Denzel-In-Glasses shirts never read it.
I hope that's the case. There's a difference in seeing someone have a breakdown over video and seeing it right in front of you, in real time.My white pill about the jury staying home over the weekend; they're gonna see just how lopsided the coverage is. They're gonna see people like Lebron mocking Kyle crying, which they saw in person. If they don't get intimidated (I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecution has their identity and leaked it to pill to mess with them on their behalf), a weekend of watching the coverage will surely disgust them.
I think we all do this, at the same time we're half-heartedly praising it as the best system in the world, in real life we just know too many idiots with Strong Opinions on Things. When the George Zimmerman trial was going on, I was watching the actual trial, while my roommate at the time was just angrily rambling every night about how "he stalked that poor kid." Refused to hear me when I tried to point out that that's not what happened, stalking has a legal definition and blah blah no, "he stalked that poor kid and murdered him." It's hard to have faith in the system knowing it hinges on people like this.I'd like to believe this is the case, but I also think about people like my dumbass coworkers and imagine them bumblefucking their way through deciding whether I go to jail for the rest of my life or not.
Or they will be normies that will stick to party loyalties or get scared at the prospect of having a repeat of what happened last year, so they will vote guilty even if they have doubts just to take the easy way out.My white pill about the jury staying home over the weekend; they're gonna see just how lopsided the coverage is. I agree. I also think it pissed them off that one kid with a rifle successfully ended that arson in one night. Iirc they did not riot on the 26th. The state can not allow their willing incompetence to be highlighted like this. Even if Kyle did nothing wrong he must be punished for doing what the state refused to do.
So about all that zoom & enhance bullshit.. isn't that tampering with evidence?
I'm actually in the reverse situation. The prosecution, from what I could tell by watching Rikieta's coverage the past two days, has decided to throw a bunch of additional charges because Binger and Big Boy are worried the murder charges won't stick. Even if the jury thinks Kyle defended himself in all three shootings, I worry Kyle will still be put in prison for years because he might be found guilty on those other charges. And this is not taking into account the inevitable intimidation that'll be done by activists that will try and strongarm the court to get the correct verdict, like in the Chauvin trial. My white pill about the jury staying home over the weekend; they're gonna see just how lopsided the coverage is. Actually not exactly. The US Marines at that point had some, but not extensive experience in landings. Guadalcanal was a lightly opposed landing. Tarawa was really the only major contested landing. It was a learning experience that provided the basis for American Amphibious landings going forward. The Marines great crawl across the Pacific really began 10 days after Normandy at Saipain. Normandy and Saipan were worked out and planned side by side using the leszons learned fro. Tarawa and North Africa. Everyone remembers D-day, but misses that the US did it again, the following week, on the opposite side of the planet.I found out years later that the marines and army are two different branches as I was a young kid when I first saw this movie.
How would the USMC handled Normandy given that they had extensive experience in how to stage amphibious landings in the pacific in addition to the Nazis fearing the USMC out of all of its enemies due to them fighting them in the Argonne Forest during World War 1.
I agree - there's a tendency to want to compromise on such things when "compromise" in this case means putting a kid in prison for years over the most filmed case of clear-cut self-defense in human history.Even if the jury thinks Kyle defended himself in all three shootings, I worry Kyle will still be put in prison for years because he might be found guilty on those other charges.
It's far from perfect, but it's better than the other systems in the world.I think we all do this, at the same time we're half-heartedly praising it as the best system in the world
What does public opinion of Kyle look like in Kenosha? If he's well-liked locally, they could be ostracized for voting to convict.I agree - there's a tendency to want to compromise on such things when "compromise" in this case means putting a kid in prison for years over the most filmed case of clear-cut self-defense in human history.
Not fighting that will come to haunt them during closing arguments. The defense's inability to both realize how much Binger and Kraus are slimy fucks and that this is a trial which will be decided via media spin and poltical affiliations is what will destroy them.I'm actually in the reverse situation. That was fucking scummy. Not only is it moving the goalposts, it's tilting the goalposts.I'm actually in the reverse situation. I don't know about Kenosha itself, but practically everyone I've talked to in other parts of the state is saying "Why was this kid even charged?"What does public opinion of Kyle look like in Kenosha?
He's a slime scumbag that tries to bait people into saying something that he can use as a foothold to crowbar nonsense into the head of the jury. He's a prosecution attorney.I
dunno I could definitely see Binger doing that.
Your friend doesn't sound like he's swayed by random posts from sites with names like PaatrionGunnews.org, so here's a couple non-right wing stories about the case.LeI want to help him understand that the path he’s on is one that has historically embraced violence and hate. I don’t want to watch my friends, the people I love and care about suffer the way he is because of some petty politics. I know he’s better than this. I know they can all be better than this.

What if he were to do that, not to get a guilty verdict, but to trigger a mistrial? He's a slime scumbag that tries to bait people into saying something that he can use as a foothold to crowbar nonsense into the head of the jury. He's a prosecution attorney.
But such thug tactics? Nah. It's the exact same kind of thing Twitterfags claim when they say the judge, jury and everyone else is biased and the is just a showtrial with an acquittal set up in advance.
It's silly in both instances.
