What style of cooking eggs is the master race?

I've heard to add baking powder when beating to result in fluffiness but it's never changed anything for me.
 
Agreed.

Boiled because it is versatile and portable. Can be used to add to salads, make egg salad, make deviled eggs, or you can carry it with you for a quick snack. You can also cook up a big batch and have them all week without them turning gross after a few hours in the fridge and you don't even need to reheat them.
