What style of cooking eggs is the master race?

Scrambled and not quite fully "cooked". Scarmbled eggs and chicken are the two things that every asshole on the planet overcooks, to the point where most restaurants also overcook them because idiot customers think that correctly cooked eggs and chicken are "undercooked"

Over easy or soft boiled. With maybe a tiny sprinkle of salt and/or black pepper.

But only good eggs from chickens that were treated and fed properly and allowed to forage outside and be part of a proper flock.

The shells must be thick.

The yolks should be almost orange.

The raw egg should not have an unpleasant odor.

You cannot know how you like to consume eggs until you have lived through the experience of eating a good egg.

I'm not really picky about eggs beyond "not soft boiled" but when I'm cooking it myself the venn diagram of "effort" and "flavor" leads me to scrambled all day erry day

French style scrambled eggs. Long soft curds. Has to be done manually. With butter, chives, cheese and a few other little things.

Takes forever but is wonderful
