I'm curious, what was the cost of Barnes and his "work"? I imagine it included jury profiling, exhibits, expert witnesses, all of which could run into the high six figures, maybe past 1 million.
He atleast said that alot of it was free or super cheap because people wanted to help.
also its not kyles money and raising another million would not have been a big problem.

When Barnes goes on to publicly admit he was trying to use those resources to minimise lead council's role would anyone want to use the resources though? Would you trust them? They probably ended up rejecting the resources out of spite because Barnes was too much of a cunt sure but based on what Barnes said they just might of wanted nothing to do with anything he put together
so why didnt they have their own experts for all small parts of the Trial? ohh right, because one half of the defense team is lazy and bad at his Job.

If they win it will be because the case is sooo clear and because agent 47 is good in Cross and not because they did a good job.

Barnes also gets ballwashed here a lot because he and Daddy Rackets are buddies.
My opinion on Barnes is I would hire him to defend against a number of crimes, but murder isn't one of them, comes off a little too sleazy when you're trying to look innocent in a murder trial.
In an advisory role maybe, but it's clear the guy has a way of doing things and probably pushes the other counsel follow it.

Can someone be nice enough and send me pictures of famous people doing the OK hand sign? I just saw Inside Edition claim that Kyle did a “white power” sign and I immediately lost brain cells, in between people claiming that his crying was fake.
The argument (cope) is that it doesn't matter that 4chan hoodwinked the media and ADL into declaring something innocuous a "white power" sign, because people the media say are white supremacists began mockingly using it, it is retroactively a "white power" sign now.

Anyone remember when that Mexican gardener working for a local county got fired from his job because some BPD Karen took a picture of him cracking his knuckles and said it was a "white power" sign?

Don't bother. No need to worry about this, only the most insane leftists actually believe this, and they're in minority. Even if there's a million of them and they're all on twitter, it doesn't represent reality.
Learn to let these things go or they will drive you insane.

so why didnt they have their own experts for all small parts of the Trial?
Because they did not think they needed it. And considering how effective cross and Kyle went for them, that was probably why they felt that way.

> 47 did a good job
> if they win it won't be because they did a good job

Pick one.

True justice is illegal in the state of Wisconsin.
I just happened to find out the likes of Washington D.C, California, Portland and Chicago are going to do some national security precautions if Kyle is found not guilty or guilty.

And I’m sitting here thinking, “What does this have to do with Kenosha”?

Just a quick note about Judge Based and his fucked up ruling allowing "provocation" instructions.

Something most of y'all don't realize is that most of this stuff--objections, questions, rulings--tactics--decisions--has to be done RIGHT NOW--in a matter of minutes, or oftentimes even seconds. There tends to be a lot at stake and this shit ain't easy lads--it really ain't--even when the cams aren't beaming down on you as though you are "Judge Chaturbate, Esq."

I raise this now at one of the least appropriate points--as a judge always has the power, in a situation like that, to tell the parties to submit briefs on the subject tomorrow and he will rule x number of hours after receiving them. Judge Based did not do that here and--in my opinion--he should have. But everything he does is being looked at through a microscope.

My comment is not to meant excuse or evade "our" responsibility to make the right call(s) --"we" get paid a lot of money and "we" should be held to high standards.

But "we" have to make dozens or even hundreds of decisions like this every month, week, or even day and--well this shit ain't easy.

Jesus christ how horrifying, it really makes you have a big think about what Combest94 has saved on some harddrives/phone.

I can only imagine how a conversation in real life would actually go with the people who defend pedobaum like this. All I picture is Ross from the old Metokur streams.

The really frightening thing about that, at least I think it's the really frightening part, is that even if that person defending pedobaum isn't a raging pedophile at one end the scale to just being a ""MAP"" at the other end of the spectrum, you know they are doing it both out of a sense of loyalty for (((their))) side, coupled with an intense, impotent and hateful rage for the [[[other]]] side.

Partisanship doesn't just trump politics, it trumps common sense, decency and logic.

They probably are a pedo, but even if they aren't, they are prepared to look the other way, whitewash reality, and stand shoulder to shoulder with a guy that did some pretty fucking horrific things to kids (I read about some of the shit he did, and it has scarred those kids for life), all in the name of fighting the good fight, believing you are right, to the point that you will be remembered in history as being 'right'.

That is one fucking twisted and misplaced sense of loyalty and bigotry, all rolled up in to one.

But yeah, they're probably a pedo...

Well akcshually, that makes him a pederast and you've proved nothing, checkmate, bigot!

So I was looking to find a full collection of the Autopsy photos presented at the trial, primarily to lift my spirits, and stumbled across a website that is dedicated to getting wet over people who can't fuck no more(because they're dead.) I'll link to the specific thread about Rittenhouse that includes the autopsy photos, so that you can view the pictures for yourselves as well as the kind of company a community dedicated to wanting to fuck people who no longer exist attracts:

Both of these users are considered "forum elite" and have access to the members only sections of the forum. Now this may be speculation, but I don't think its unreasonable to assume that a site by and for necrophiliacs, might be holding onto some pretty fucked up necrophile porn.
Judging by the responses in this thread about serial killer Dean Corll's corpse I'm willing to bet there's at least a few actual necrophiles in this place

I wonder if Barnes' aggressive stance made the Defense worry he'd turn off the jury.
I feel like one reason the defense hasn't been fighting as hard as we'd like is they're trying their hardest to make Kyle seem like a victim in all this, and he's being "bullied" (really soft word for it, but you know what I mean) by the prosecution and media. As much as an aggressive defense is called for given how the system has wrongfully treated Kyle, the 'softer' he seems the better. Having some big tough lawyer strutting around and puffing his chest would really diminish that.

Judge almost dismissed gun charge but I think he decided to let jury rule on that, and iirc he said that if they rule guilty on it and defense objects, he will overrule.
Some people say it's a litmus test for the jury.
If that's true, it gives me hopium.

Provocation instructions could end up not hurting as much as we first assumed, considering defense has footage in their evidence that renders prosecution's argument null.

Perhaps they're preparing for something else?
How are supply chains looking when Black Friday is coming? For example.
